First time in the aw and we walk up stairs to look where the restrooms are and the girl is to busy in her phone conversation to acknowledge that someone was there so we left, first and last time goin, spoke to a manager about it told them it was really rude that the employee is to busy in her phone conversation to acknowledge customers they weren't happy

I bought 2 box spring and bed rail so I went another store that had exactly what I needed and cheaper. I asked for money Blackshear said she told me no refund and she didn't. I don't believe giving no one my money without a refund. She to pay $15 restocking fee. I had never pick up my stuff. But I had get something else I didn't want. Please check out America Freight better and cheaper and they give refund. Also when u pick up your stuff from Cramer they're very rude.

Creamer is a well established furniture business in this area . I'm not sure if it is considered to be in Shreveport or in Blanchard . Either way , they have been there for as long as I can remember . Their furniture is new with some used pieces . They all appear to be good quality and reasonably priced . I am considering buying some of their products .

Need friendly workers. Instead of standing in the furniture dept in corner. That lady is always on the phone when I visit that store. And just stands there and stare at you. Not once did she ask if we needed help. She didnt even acknowledge we were there.

Amazing locally owned and operated business that my parents have trusted and bought from for years. Now that I'm 18 I'm looking into purchasing some things myself. They have a little bit of everything to fit almost anyone's taste from modern and contemporary like mine to old, rustic like styles to lavish, luxury and royal. Definitely recommend it if you want nice quality furniture. This place should almost be considered a landmark.

Very disappointed in this place. We have been buying furniture from them for years but the last set that my parents bought in February for their new house is already coming apart. My mother called and spoke to them as it hadn’t they were at the 30 day mark and they offered nothing! Not even an exchange. Unbelievable. The leather is torn all up and it looks like they have had it for years. Get this, they don’t have any children in the home. They didn’t buy off the Used section, they bought off the new furniture area and were jipped. In my opinion, they sold my parents used furniture and called it New. Then refused a return or exchange within 30 days?? Where’s the integrity here. ??

We just bought a mattress and box frame from here and the bed kept trying to fly away and mr. Creamer went out of his way to come fix the tie down and followed us several miles down the road to make sure it was going to stay tied down. I have never received such amazing service from anywhere! I highly recommend giving them your service. Also the king mattress we bought was really cheap and an awesome mattress too! Thank you Mr. Creamer!

I bought a beautiful small sectional cause I have a small living room. It fits perfect. Black and grey, big comfy pillows too. I also bought a nice little kitchen table set. I plan on going back to buy a bed. I bought a used one but the rails keep slipping and the slats fall off and then there is no support for you back. I wished I bought my bed too from here instead.

They used to have the best sheets around for the best prices and best quality. I don't know what happened to those sheets but they're not the deep pocket sheets that fit my bed before. They are over price on their furniture.

Creamer furniture store is amazing! You absoultly cannot beat the deals from this store! My mother use to take me and my sister here when we were kids and now my sister takes her kid . I got a pair of buckle jeans that fit me like a glove for 3 dollars! Along with another pair of floral jeans that are super vintage and cute for 2 bucks! Go to Cramers and Save Save Save !

Some very unique lamps & accessories. However, furniture is over-priced. Some nice options and definitely worth the look. Middle section (3 attached bldgs) is like a yard sale. Never know what used items you might find.

I have always loved Creamers. Although I am disappointed with the price they are charging for new recliners. I found the same recliner at Wal-Mart for a $100 less. But other than that I did find some other used items that I can use for my art projects.

Prices are extremely too high for used furniture. My family has been shopping at Creamer's for years. You use to be able to come in this store and buy some fair start up furniture for a reasonable price; now it seems as they are selling their used furniture like it is new and it's only in ok condition. You can get better quality furniture and price at Furniture Express on Jewella Av. next to Dollar Mania and their W. 70th location.

Prices are too high for cheap furniture and most especially the old junk they also put out. Some things are okay, but you have to contend with the owner and his foul language when he's there as well as the heavy set bearded guy who lurks around my daughters staring the whole on every isle. Just creepy! This has been the last few times we were there. I don't think I will be going back any more. The Palestinian guys on Jewella and Lakeshore sells the same stuff for a lot better price! Also there is American furniture on North Market and Big Lots!

—Upon moving to the area, I paid $400. for what amounted to two painted cardboard boxes. My children needed dresser drawes. Turns out the hardware failed within months. It couldn't be repaired because it had been STAPLED & GLUED TOGETHER! Ripoff.
