Always a checker, which has become rare. Paper bag options, help to your car if needed. Clean and organized with sales posted clearly. Helpful staff. Cart with good wheels, who can complain?

Does it seem outside the realm of expectations that the designated employee (s) or staff in stores or businesse be available in a timely manner to assist customers? An experience early this afternoon at Brookshires, 3620 Pines Rd., Shreveport, leads one to wonder. Intentional verbal rudeness on the part of specific managerial staff on duty in saying "she'll be right there", then again in aheightened voice all at the time when asked if anyone was working in the area adds to the bewilderment . This is definitely and certainly not "okay" , neither expected. With the manager being over-heard to rudely say "I guess she think. . .", referring to a customer question, seems to indicate this is thought to be an acceptable response for both she and the designated employee assigned to the "Service Desk". Being put in the position of standing in line and waiting for service an unusual amount if timewith no one on site neither observed to be walking in the direction seems "a bit much". Observing and looking around several times to see if anyone was coming was not helpful . Out of the three customers waiting in line, one left the line. Another (I myself) left the store and the third customer was still in line, but appeared to have started "observing".

NICE Coventen, Neighborhood Store. It's right in the Center of Nice Homes. Small but Big enough to fine what you like FRESH a litle costly. Must Things, Brookshire's Name Brand. Other too. GOOD , Fast, and clean Store. Didn't see Any Dogs. If you don't want Food Gas Pumps On. Not a 24 hrs. Store. On PINES close to Family Dollar and Circle K.,

Visited the pharmacy. Very nice. I love the shelving in the store. All the products pop. I think it is because the shelves are dark. I really like it. Very inviting, clean store.

The only place in Shreveport where I would buy meat. It's very high on all products but ni other grocery store can beat the delicious meat products. The bakery us excellent.

Every employee there happy to serve you, on a Sunday. Store is very clean, well stocked and busy today, but plenty of cheerful cashiers had us checking out and on our way.Used pharmacy today too, same professionalism and standards as throughout the store.

Well stocked most of the time. People are not as polite and friendly as they once were. Bathrooms are usually not very clean and they do not offer public hand sanitizer anywhere in the store. They did before covid, but not now that it is really important. Not sure why. Prices are a bit high especially since most of the time I have to bag my own groceries. I think they have trouble finding enough workers, just like most places right now. Overall, it's average.

In every thing I do is keeping in line with something I learned about them in my younger years. They had this motto that we are all about meeting the needs of the family. They keep on showing up and showing out they have the lowest gas in town. Go Brookshire, keep up the good work.

This grocery store is always clean & has some of the best customer friendly employees I've seen. I get alot of my Asian foods from here as well as pharmaceutical needs here. It's usually not busy and I am able to get in & out fairly quickly. The deli & desserts are delicious, great place to get a quick lunch/dinner.

Convenient, good service, and a decent selection of regular and odd foods ( so to say ). I bought shark flanks up here before but haven't seen any in a while. And if you like alligator and rabbit they have those to. All in all, it's a great store.

Brookshire's does NOT honor their circular pricing and they engage in dishonest advertising. I requested a call back from the corporate management division and never heard back from them. They obviously do not care about their customers. I will never go to one of their stores again!

The employees were friendly and offered to take our groceries to the car. There was a wide variety of high quality food (unlike other grocery stores). I buy a lot of Asian foods and their Asian section is better than other places and I dont have to go to an Asian market.
