I have been taking my senior dog, Rocky, there for a while now, and it gets worse n worse. This was the last time I will use them. My dogs hair was cut uneven, face with pieces of hair missing and tufts of hair in other places. They didn't clean the hair from his paws nor cut his nails. He has been getting groomed for 12 yrs now, so yes , he behaved and let people groom him. There's no excuses. $55 dollars lateral he looks worse than when I dropped him off.

I made an appointment on Friday to have my two dogs groomed at Barbara’s Dog Shop for 9am Saturday morning, my wife took the dogs in for the grooming Saturday morning at 1:30pm I called & Barbara told me one of my dogs had stepped in poop & had to be rewashed. I went up there at 2:30pm to get the dogs come what may & not one hair on either dog been trimmed which I was in a hurry and didn’t notice the dogs hair until I got home, I called the dog shop & told them that neither dogs hair had been cut at all, she said, to bring them back. Can you believe the dogs had been there over 5 hours, & they will never be back to this business needless to say that is why I’m writing this review & the price was $45 a dog, I paid with a $100 dollar bill, she brought me $3 & said she had no change & she would give me the remaining change, “next time.” I will not & do not advise anyone to patronize this business, inexcusable experience.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband dropped off my puppies and explained to them to wash and trim our two pomeranians and told them not to shave their fur due to the possibility of their coats being damaged, but when we arrived to pick them up both dogs were given a "lion cut" meaning everything except their head and tails were shaved down to the skin. When I asked about why they did this their responses were "it'll grow back" "dont come back" along with them calling our dogs ugly and going back and forth with me in a yelling match. They admitted out of their own mouth that we did not tell them to give them this haircut as we have not heard of this haircut until today. They have horrible customer service and shaved our dogs based on an assumption. Do not bring your dog to Barbara's Dog Shop.

Took my baby boy here because my usual groomer was full. They were very sweet, and as you can see, his haircut looks great! His fur is also really soft and he smells so good!😍Great place!

I took a little jack Russell terrier to them that was slightly neglected due to her owner having a stroke, her nails were so long they curled under, even without an appointment the groomer dropped everything she was doing and took the little dog and within 10 minutes was back and the nails were absolutely beautiful I paid the girl and I told her I wish I could just pay her double because they were really cool girls you know and they had a whole lot of work to do I'm sorry that other people seem to have bad problems with them but I rate them five star I give more if I could and I will be back

My dogs was supposed to have gotten deshedding and shampoo, nails clipped and come to find out my dogs received none of this. Very disappointing I had to take my dogs to another grooming company. They will never go to the place again. Also my babies eyes were red. I am so disappointed. I would not recommend. Once I contacted them about this issue. They couldn’t have cared less.

The best groomer around. Barbara loves her 4 leg babies and dies a great job always. Our 2 Schnauzer's look forward to going to see her. We would not go anywhere else. Travel an hour to see her.

I have used this groomer for years for my pets. I like the way they are gentle while handling the pets. Also they try and get a appointment for you quickly. Their prices are reasonable.

I taken my dog there before and they charge me $50 my parents took there dog there and charge them $120. For a small dog. I will never go there again. They keep changing price n $120 WOW BAD SERVICE NEVER AGAIN
