EXTREMELY RUDE! I called to book an appointment and when the ringing stopped I assumed someone had answered, but no one was talking. The phone hung up so I called again and this time I talked first trying to make sure it was the right number because of my bizarre experience and she YELLS "LADY YOU CALLED ME" and hung up. I called yet again due to the rude service I had just received and as soon as I answered she said "YOU HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT!" To which I politely responded, "I was interested in booking an appointment however you were very rude- and before I could even finish my sentence she began to yell again! "IM NOT RUDE IM JUST FED UP WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU!" So this experience ruined my day and makes me want to let everyone know NOT to have their business with this incredibly rude individual. I would never trust my pet in the hands of someone with such a short demeanor.

I'm not been there for a long time I went yesterday and the lady choked my dog and and acted crazy was very rude to me very ugly and mean to my baby just could not believe what I was seeing will never go back there again will be reporting her animal cruelty my baby is 10 months old puppy very loving he a Pitbull terrier I went there about 2 years ago and she was so nice to my poodle in my German shepherd but I have not been there in about 9 months it was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde well just watch out who u leave ur babies with would not recommend care
