I was using Walmart pharmacy for a long time, and there were only 2 workers who were nice to deal with. Everyone else was RUDE AS HECK!!!! Last year we decided to get our COVID vax’s and decided to use Walgreens instead of Walmart. They were SUPER friendly, SUPER knowledgeable, and STILL gave me my vaccination when I had an issue with my insurance (which they also fixed for me!) I continued using Walmart until recently switching, and I regret not doing it sooner. They really do make you feel like they care.

Very nice people greet you at the front door. Everyone is good about helping you find something. The pharmacy is great. I would recommend Walgreens in Scott Louisiana to anyone

I came here for the first time this evening. I believe the cashiers name was Kevin and the pharmacist on staff were so friendly. And the pharmacist was very helpful coming out and assisting me with my supplement choice without being prompted and helping another lady find the right kind of tea tree oil. I know it seems like little things.. but that’s what makes it great customer service!

I picked up a prescription tonight. Was just very happy with the pharmacist. He was very nice in answering my questions. I live in Scott and often go to this Walgreens for last-minute things also. I just have to say as far as customer service this Walgreen's has the nicest professional employees.

The store manager asked me to clean the floor. He is a white Man. They pay 9.73 /hr and I told him I didn’t want to. Joshua acted like I was Rosa parks refusing to get off the bus.

Asked if they would price match a buy one get one 50% off that CVS was running for an Elderberry Emmume Booster($14.99 a bottle). Cashier just said, "nope." "We've never done that, we don't do that."I work in customer service and sales management and we don't advertise we do that but you don't want to lose a sale or a lifetime customer - mind blown.Side note: I fill a prescription monthly with Walgreens that cost me $80... Insurace pays $106 on top. One phone call to move my prescription to CVS.If I do so, in pharmacy sales alone, Walgreens will miss out on $2232 this year. Assuming any member of my family doesn't get sick (the reason I was there in the first place).

The service in this pharmacy is rated very low. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe the having a bad day but I dont think I have EVER got good service here.I will be changing pharmacy's AS SOON AS I HAVE THE TIME!

We never use Walgreens Pharmacy. We use CASHWAY in Scott, LA. But my husband chose to go into the pharmacy at Walgreens in Scott to fill a prescription. He waits Ana waits and waits. Finally gets to the counter and gives prescription to a young woman who proceeds to pull up our insurance information. Because of the New year the current card had expired and she told him the prescription COULD NOT BE FILLED. Since when does a pharmacy refuse to fill prescriptions because an insurance card expired? Anyway, he calls me, I tell him the 2018 card is in, he comes home, gets it, and goes back, where he's waiting.g again for his turn at the counter. So here's the issue, Since when does a pharmacy refuse to fill a prescription if your insurance card is expired? Why didn't the pharmacy call to verify anything? CASHWAY in Scott would DEFINATELY have filled the prescription, also they would have called to verify insurance coverage after speaking with my husband that infact we do have coverage. So I suggest if you live in Scott LA or need a pharmacy, CASHWAY in Scott, LA is where you need to go.

horrible service for the pharmacy. i will not deal with them again they are very rude and seem to have major attitude problems. they also act like they are not happy to be there.
