I called ahead of time to ask about their return policy and my specific item that I had decided to return. I was told they would accept the return. When I drove over, the assistant manager said they couldn't accept it for the store credit. That's fine and I'm ok with having to keep it, but to make me drive over there for no reason is dissapointing, especially since they were given all the details beforehand.

Been buying from this specific location since day 1. I spend easily over a thousand week to weekly every month and to come here as of today and buy feed that was out front on a cart that had a yellow marked down tag from bags being ripped to feed being lost due to rips in the bags, for the manager ( Madison ) that was on duty to refuse to sell me the product because she didn’t see why she would let this product be sold to me at that price given. The yellow tag had SKU# and the marked down price and she still refused again several times after I told her it was them who marked this product as is. Needless to say I will not be back to this store for they do not withhold their word on said marked bags etc. This is definitely not the first time this has happened. I let those be but when it’s continued something needs to be said and done.I will find another feed store from here on out that’s not a Tractor Supply. Should have stayed with Anthony’s Feed Store in Church Point Louisiana.Hopefully no other customers has to deal with this rudeness like I have. And Madison on duty as said manager needs to reconsider what her title is and not let it go to her head and use that title above what it is. And to tell a paying customer that she’s the manager and what she says goes is very rude and unprofessional to say the least.Sorry about the long review and have a blessed day. 2/21/2024

Very disappointed... Called to very stock of a garden cart and told one in stock. Drove 21 miles to purchase it and their system showed one in stock but they did not have it. The worst part is that when I called I was given the manager and he took the sku number from me and went check and said they had one in stock. They need to do an inventory check.

Pet grooming station is really below par compared to other nearby stores. No aprons to keep dry, no toe nail clippers, no slicker brush, two stations but only one blower worked, no comb, had to request more towels to even dry my dogs, no way to keep my dog safely in the tub unless I used my own collar and leash. I ultimately will not be back to the this store for this service unless changes are made.

They always shut down the pet wash very early and the site says closes at 9,not 6 o'clock. Scott store does not care about the customer, service sucks.

This is one of the best stores I've ever entered!!!!! The people are always so friendly and as i was short on money for my dog food these 2 great employees took they're personal money and helped me buy it. Wasn't much but to me it meant the world 🖤... Thank you all again for the great help, advise and doin what more people in this world should do... I will definitely be back to pay them the $6 but most importantly I will pay it forward!!!!!!! 💯♥️🐶🐾THANKS AGAIN TO THESE WONDERFUL PEOPLE !!!!!

Update from old review: Knocking this down to 2 stars and from here forward TS locations will be a last resort. We noticed last trip that the cat food we buy was significantly more expensive here than else where.Yesterday, we needed some roundup so we headed to TS again… this time I was ready to pay attention to pricing.The gallon of weed killer that costs me 19.99 at Walmart is marked up to 29.99 at TS. That is literally 50% higher than other stores!!!!Like I said, will not be back unless it’s an emergency.Old review -Nice store with a staff that lacks. Usually a few younger kids talking it up instead of helping customers. If you already know what you need, you’re in luck. If you don’t, you might be better off choosing a different location.

I ordered delivery here. It was supposed to deliver the following day. Keep in mind I paid a 50$ delivery fee when you read this. My product was 40$ total. It took them a week (7 whole days) to deliver my chicken feed. I expect that if I pay 50$ for a delivery fee with it supposed to show up the next day, that I should recieve it on that day. Or reimburse my 50$ delivery charge. I had to pay someone to go into the store and buy chicken feed because we were out of town. I would love if someone contacted me to make this right.

This is the greatest store ever! And you don't need to own a tractor to enjoy what they have to offer! LOL
