The first thing that I noticed was the cleanliness, and orderly atmosphere of the store. The aisles are spacious... The refrigerated meat section is very convenient and helpful; Every section is so neat and easily accessible; The staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable, and sales are good.

Greeted by 2 employees as I entered. Store was clean and tidy and had a wonderful fragrance. Shopped in the deli and the staff was kind and helpful. Check out was quick and the clerk was very efficient. Wondering to myself why I don't shop there more often.

This is a nice grocery store, with some good deals (check out the meat section!) and decent facilities. It has self-checkout lanes and adequate staff, all of whom are friendly and efficient. A good place to get a few things quickly, or to hit up for their specials.

The employees working there are down home type and friendly. They have some good stuff but sometimes their stuff is bad, like chicken livers the coolers. I brought them home and they were real bad. I've gotten some of those J&J pies in the back, sometimes they are good, sometimes the humidity has gotten to them and they are bad. Shopping there is like a hit and miss adventure. In addition, a lot of their prices are running 5-10% higher than Wally World. But again, we recently got some Krispy Kreme Donut Holes that were expired for 6 months at Wally World and didn't realize it until we saw the green mold growing on them when we opened the bag.

Today was a rough day for me my husband down with the flu can't keep nothing down but wanted a soup and of course we had none of the ingredients a woman job is never done i rush hoping to go in and out people on every lane cleaning up the shelves moving things around I must have walked up and down at least twice when i decided to ask someone for help this gentleman stopped what he was doing showed me not tell me where to go but took me there and even made me smile when he noticed what i was buying turned out to be a great experience

Newly renovated and updated. This store is moving forward to the next generation of super stores. They added in up scale additions like a sushi bar where you can get made to order or pre-made sushi rolls. They have an amazing hot breakfast bar that is so yummy! Not the Piggly Wiggly from my childhood or even just 5 years ago.

What can I say? It's a Piggly Wiggly. They're not known for being super fancy and to be honest I find the local Early's has better prices but I do give them an A for effort. Lately they have been remodeling and have added in some nice things, not least of which is a SUSHI COUNTER!

In the first place, it is no longer authentic Louisiana cuisine. The owners sold it. In the second place, the pieces of chicken are so small methinks they're using Cornish hens.I would go to Opelousas to acquire Mama's before eating Popeye's. Or down the road at a local mom and pops restaurant whose chicken is even better than Mama's.But to stay local, there are better quality Church's Chicken places where the quality is good, prices less, and the pieces are from full sized chickens - NOT Cornish hens.And the staff has a great attitude.

Bigger and with greater selection than most pigwigs, though international food selection could improve. Fantastic (in house) smoked and fresh sausage! The prepared sushi counter prepares remarkably fresh and great tasting sushi!
