In the past few months the employees have been much better. More capable and have had good interactions with them. 'A.J.' always smiles, pays attention, answers questions and deserves credit for it! THERE ARE OCCASIONALLY QUALITY EMPLOYEES BUT THEY ARE OVERWORKED. PICS are old and not the case in recent months that I find expired products.

I actually didn't go in this WalMart, but I did go to the Tesla chargers to the east of the WalMart parking lot. For a Non Tesla EV user traveling the universal adapter on these chargers are wonderful. 2A is not in service. You will need to download the Tesla app to access the adapter. Dollar tree is near and Walmart.

I mean it's wal mart always crowded seems when I go and the amount of people that bring there dogs is ridiculous. I absolutely love my dogs but would never bring them into a grocery store I mean come on people put there kids and groceries in there. There's a sign on the front door says no dogs but I guess it's not enforced.

Tried out their special "All You Can Eat." Fish was fresh, not at all mossy. Fries were ok. it would have been better if homemade or steak fries. Ranch was homemade, so that was a big plus. It's not really all you can eat. There is a limit of 4 whole fish and a limit on filets. All was good. The seating is good, and the place is large, so even when busy, it's hard to tell. The waiter was great, and service was quick. I will definitely be back.

Sometimes when we come here, they don't always have what we need, and those self check outs can be convenient but then there's times when they're not so convenient...😐 And most the time they barely have half the things we need, like most aisles are more empty than my DM page

Asked for assistance in Paints and even called the store while I’m in the store. Waiting now for 15 mins… well come to find out the first employee asked to help was the one with the key to open. How about that!!!!

Customer service in Ruston Louisiana the employees there are very rude and disrespectful . Did not show any concern to my needs I had purchased a Cell phone off line Walmart Store that Was not working I Was trying to return it in exchange for another phone or refund. I even tried to show them the barcode to be scanned plus emails from Walmart where I purchased it they keep saying that you all could not take it. And Me myself felt like it was right because the email said take to Any Walmart.

This was my first visit to this Wal-Mart in Ruston. I like the way that it is laid out, especially the produce section. I found some nice bargains, I spent more than I had planned to. I had a doctor's appointment in Ruston that saved me from having to stop at a Wal-Mart when I got back home.

Not sure what’s going on there but shelves not stocked and when they are expired or damaged products on shelves. Good luck finding what you want since it won’t be there.

Today at Walmart they had awesome helper that was amazing? I kinda sit back to see how really they treat people with that end up handicap. She counted the money told her have to much and gave some of the money back to her and help her with chair that had hard time going again. Other lady help this same person explain how to use her old SIM card to set it up and very nice to help her and told some people that saying something not good or nice this co work said it’s ok y’all can go back shopping now. Amazing need more co workers like them and keep them. I for got to get there name or I also corp know how amazing those 2 where today at there job. I be going back again soon I see them again get there name make sure get know for what they did for super amazing epic job they did for other person

I waited 40 minutes for my order to be delivered to my car even though I checked in 10 minutes prior to arriving to the store. People who arrived after me were served first and the store would not answer their phone. I counted 5 workers, yet they only came out one at a time.

Well there is 2 amazing professionals lot people need to go back at each others. 2 different women co workers at this Walmart for sure next time get their names so I can call corp office to tell about those 2 women get company’s know to make notes to keep how customers feeling about their workers? They help lady on scooter she ran in to shelves got her stuck in bares it happen. So others kinda didn’t want big seen or she heard them say something help this lady get unstuck tell the rest in area go back to shopping? They should asked or helped get her unstuck or ask her she needed help at all helped her. The lady that worked the front as cashier front person counted the money told lady gave to much gave it back to her help her out. Lady’s scooter stop working she help her out to get it to go again made sure it kept from stoping on her she follow her to self cash out area said have good trust worthy honest about her money didn’t try keep for them self. Amazing see those 2 women as workers be how everybody should be towards each other amazing

I am a truck driver. This walmart allows parking if you are shopping. They are awesome. Everyone was soooo friendly. Can't say enough about the people here. They were stocking shelves and still stop to help me.

This Walmart is a mess in comparison to others. I mean, I know it is a Walmart, but it is a REALLY bad Walmart. Always out of everything. Super disorganized. People are rude and not willing to help. This is probably the worst Walmart I have been to in the country, and I have been to quite a few. Lol.Update: they seem to have gotten some better employees now, but there are still some that are just not willing to help and will deliberately ignore you to avoid helping. It also seems a little bit more organized than it was (or maybe I have gotten used to the disorganization).

I took my truck to the auto care center to have an oil change it's a Ram 3500. They Don't Know How To Change An Oil Filter. They Are Very Dirty They Spilled Too Much Oil Everywhere.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought my car for an oil change around 1:30 and to have my windshield wipers changed and never got a call or anything that my car was ready. So we get there around 4:20 and they haven’t done ANYTHING to my car because they didn’t have the filter. No call, nothing to let me know. So for three hours they let my car sit there while I could have brought it somewhere else to have it serviced now I have to go another week without getting it changed since I work all week :) GREAT customer service. I’ll be finding somewhere new to service my car from now on.

Im a truck driver and finally I see a Walmart that is truck friendly, I did my grocery relax and there’s plenty of parking for us. 10 out of 10 for these one. I hope to see more Walmarts like this one since I only shop on them. Thanks a lot
