I placed a delivery order for Christmas dinner. It mistakenly got set for the 26th andI was having trouble canceling it. It called the store and the lady pretended to transfer my call instead she hung up. I assumed this was a mistake and called back. The phone rang for over five minutes because I'm stubborn. Eventually someone answered and immediately hung up. I finally managed to cancel my order with the app. The neighborhood market has lost my business.

Very friendly and helpful staff. When I was leaving one of the workers who had just got off seen me about to unload my groceries and my 7 month old son and she said I'll help you and she loaded my things in the car for me while I was putting my baby in his carseat she even started my car for me and I thanked her and I looked and she was off the clock she didn't have to help me but did anyways I didn't catch her name but I thanked her repeatedly because she didn't have to do all of that she made my trip completely worth it by helping me💜

I shopped here on January 7th and was amazed at how much empty space there was on the shelves. The frozen foods didn't appear to be as picked through. The produce was stocked with product, not a lot of variety there but then again it is winter. I didn't see very many employees considering how much stocking was needed. Those I did see were working so maybe they need to hire some more folks.The pharmacy experience was probably the smoothest experience I've experienced at that pharmacy to date. And, checkout went well because I wasn't the one doing it.

I don't want to give any stars done a online order I received my and the next day I had two charges one was $188 my order and then had a second charge for $238 not mine someone there is stealing. I will no longer do any business with Walmart as long as the dishonest person or person is there.

Neat, clean and compact. The fruit and veggies were fresh. The service people at the deli were wonderful in that they were prompt and attentive. I had no issues locating the items I needed. Enjoyed my 1st visit there

I called into the Walmart pharmacy at 4:38pm to get a prescription transferred - after 4 calls and obvious no calls to walgreen - they tell me this time they will call me back after calling. I get a call back at 5:49pm telling me that I can’t get it transferred because I am not in their system. After mentioning I wish that had I known that an hour ago - the lady who I talked to who had a bad attitude - went on to make sure that I knew they were very busy. Not one apology, just that I need to come in and fill the paperwork out to even get a quote on the prescription

great store, a bunch of really nice kids work here. they stock certain items I can't get anywhere else but the supercenter. I like the pharmacy also, the pharmacist there are helpful and informative. I have a problem with this store not having human checkout any longer. they took jobs from the community. put the checkers back in or send me a W-2 for checking myself out everytime I go in here.

It's a nice break from the mainstream Walmart stores for people who are really only looking for food. I just wish they had a little bit larger selection of meat and dairy. Other than that, it's great.

Lots of good produce and good selection for just a neighborhood walmartEdit-upon recent return to this establishment I was very disappointed with the selection available in the produce. I went when they had just finished restocking and they had almost nothing that was needed. Very basic items mind you, such as shredded lettuce and mushrooms. The wait to checkout has also been increased due to the few number of actual working employees here. I see many of them cutting up and joking in between isles when there are 10 customers checking out and only 1 cashier. Very disappointed indeed

Found everything I was looking for, was not crowded like the Super Walmart. Still don't like self-checkout, but did not have to wait for register. In and out in record time.

Extremely organized. I went after school supplies, the cashier on duty came over & entered quantities since I had multiples of several items. Super helpful & friendly staff. Very clean place to shop!

The cashier was so friendly parient and helpful. Seeing i was alone with tons of groceries and left my money in the car. When i ran out to get my money he loaded the belt and was half done ring up my groceries. Best walmart experience in my life! I will be back.

Attendant was rude and when I asked for help it was obvious she didn't want to give it, to the point of refusing. This woman was the most prejudice person I've ever encountered she made me feel fearful for my safety. I can never shop there again.

Easy access to tech students, but If I wanted to do all the work of checkout myself I'd stay home and order off Amazon. I'll use the extra gas and go to Super 1. Where profit isn't the only thing they care about.

Sent here from Walmart Supercenter for teenager Covid boosters only to get turned away once I got there. WM is completely unorganized. But while I was there I decided to make a purchase from the pharmacy only to have to wait ten minutes as the only customer in line for someone to check me out for my 'quick' purchase. The Wal-Mart stores in Ruston, LA, get an 'F' from a busy mom who is just trying to take care of my family and run my errands in an efficient way. I absolutely DO NOT recommend going to these places if you have any kind of schedule to keep!

A friend of mine was trying to do curbside, as she isnt able to come into the store herself, and was completely denied service!!!! She ordered at 5pm and still no email into the night!!! She called and was hung up on multiple times!

Zero cashiers.. Never have pick up times available....The pharmacy has good customer service but the rest of the store basically sucks.... Bring back a human cashier or give a 20% discount at the register... I will go to Super One to not be forced to work for FREE!!

Stopped in here this last Friday to complete a Bluebird cash transaction. I do many of these transactions at various Walmarts across America. I usually hesitate going to a “neighborhood” style because they complicate my transaction, further delaying my day. Well I was very delighted and pleased to have associate “Dandrica” to help me. She was both very nice & courteous. She made my experience so wonderful and simple, at a time when I didn’t have much time. I wish there were more employees with her positive attitude and willingness to help customers.Thanks Dandrica!😁👍👍
