Every time my husband and I go to the pharmacy it’s always complications and mixed directions. They have terrible customer service skills. The ONLY reason I would use their pharmacy is if the prescription Shoppe is having issues filling prescriptions. As an example, I could’ve just left the doctors office with a new prescription and then go to Walgreens and they tell me it would be weeks before I could pickup a prescription, even though it’s a prescription I’ve never taken. And my medications are free at the prescription Shoppe but I always have to pay at Walgreens, with no explanation of why. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy unless you want a headache and have time to be wasted.

The Pharmacy crew is dreadful. I received a message saying my med was ready 2 weeks ago. Sure enough it was in, but was too early for my insurance to pay. They said come back in a week. Fast forward a week, I go back they sent my meds back. Btw the order mine thru a 3rd party to keep down cost. I get another yesterday saying it was ready. IT WASNT. They ordered it and said it would be here Monday/Tuesday. Guess what? It's Monday I received a text sayingy meds was in I drive up there, and NO MEDS YET

I wish I could give this store negative reviews. I understand why I was always referred to the other Walgreens and I will never step foot in this place again. The employees are rude and very, very slow. Why have a job that is 100% customer service if you hate people and hate helping. I am so sick of these lazy, waiting-on-a-handout people getting jobs that others would love to have. Management is just as bad as regular sales associates. There is one girl that works mainly around cosmetics that is awesome though. The rest of them ...blah!

We priced a walker online and, selecting this very store, found a price we liked. Went to purchase it and no prices are the same as online, not the original, discount, discount with coupon. They would not honor the price we found online, said we can purchase it online, have it delivered to the store, and then pay that price! How dumb is that? We needed it so went ahead and paid the inflated in-store price, but never again. We will have our doctor prescriptions sent elsewhere.

Awful service pharmacy refused to call and get a prior authorization, and felt discriminated against for taking a scheduled medication. I am a two time combat veteran (disabled) who fought for these peoples freedom. One tech behind the counter said good luck getting ahold of anyone at Tricare (the military’ insurance). I was furious and went a block down the road to the prescription shoppe and my order was ready in three minutes!! Walgreens you lost a large family of customers today!

Delivered my Rx., it was ready 4 pickup, next day, as my order needed 2 b compounded, this was fast, since we're all restricted by Covid. This is smaller than regular Walgreen's, stock limited, as it is on most area's of our town, all R_T 2 Covid.

Have used the pharmacy the past four prescriptions. Not once was my prescription filled hours after calling in. They always seem to lose my information or have no record of an order being placed. Always have to wait extra time because of their incompetence. If you plan on ordering your prescription at this pharmacy, make sure to call three times and cross your fingers.

Awful ....Awful Experience. If you want a HASSLE, go to this Walgreens.I was home visiting my parents for the weekend. I was having problems with my tooth and spoke to my Dentist in Houston, Tx. My dentist set an appointment for me to come in when I get back and get tooth looked at. Meanwhile my dentist called in an antibody and pain meds. When I went to pick up my prescription I was totally discriminated against. The pharmacist told me I should have gone to a dentist around here he would not refill the pain meds just the antibody because they have a had a problem with fake prescriptions' out of Texas. I told him to call my dentist and ask any questions he needed to. To look up my dentist and he said he didn't understand why I didn't just go to a local dentist (he had never heard of my dentist). Well sir- maybe because I have choice of who I go to and maybe because I already have a dentist, and I'm just visiting for the weekend. In America we have the right to decide which dentist we want to go to. OMG! Terrible experience- I will never go here for any reason now. Spoke to the store Manager and she basically said he has the right to refuse, she was nice and I think felt my pain but it was nothing she could do. I had to drive to other Walgreens in town to get the other 1/2 of the prescription. This was just awful.

This walgreens is horrible. They make you wait almost a hour after registering for the covid vaccine before they even call your name. Not to mention the hour wait to even get to the desk.

Picked up script inside 5 minutes before closing. There was one person ahead of me. We waited for a minute and I had to lean over the counter to get their attention. At least the reason was because they were vacuuming.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. First they steal half of my prescription, then they refuse to correct it. Wait times are always ridiculous, and employees are rude. Avoid this store!

The wait time here is awful. I now have started switching my prescriptions over to the Neighborhood Walmart because I found this to be a consistent experience.
