I've been using Tractor Supply in Ruston since they first opened. Never really have had a problem until a few months ago. One of the associates is just totally rude to me. I've been behind someone in line and she is making conversation and being very kind and friendly.. as soon as I step up she shuts that off and is just straight up rude. This has happened on SEVERAL different occasions, when it's just me and with me and my husband. Very short with me, will barely acknowledge me if I try to make conversation. If she sees me walking through the front doors, she will not greet me 95% of the time and when she does, there is always some kind of tone.It's honestly gross behavior and I no longer want to shop at the Ruston location because of her.

Tractor Supply stocks items you don't find just everywhere. I came in for bedding this morning, they usually keep the premium Standlee cut straw, which is a finer cut and smaller, so you don't have to worry so much about your girls eating it and they are going to. I grab blue wilderness cat food pretty often here as well. Several of my girls came from Tractor Supply, won't be long they'll have those also. Good store, great employees here, I'm always being asked if I need help.

Buying the warranty for blower fan was a waste of money, bought it in March, lasted 3 months. Brought it back today with warranty receipt. Basically told I'm sol. Told to contact manufacturer. My bad, thought if I bought something and purchased extra warranty, if it fails within that time just bring it back to the store. Guess I'll be shopping at stores that still do that from now on. Power plus protection! Yea right. I fell for it, never again.

Love the store but an employee named Jennifer who currently works there has to be the rudest woman they could have ever hired. She'll hang the phone up in your face and not to mention she is racist and nit picks at the ONLY African American black man who works there.

They always have our brand of dog food in stock and a little less expensive than PetSense their pet supply store.

They got too many things that I want I go in there to get pig food and every portion of the store has something I need or that I would want you know it's like you know what I can make out of that you know it's an inspiring thing every different aisle is a different turn inspires a new direction even some of the stuff that I don't even know what it is does and the people are nice

It's a good place to buy animal feed at, and they have some pretty decent clothes in there, but one time we needed a tractor tire, and we figured that this place would have them, because they do have some tires in there. But, we called and this lady said that they didn't sell tractor tires there. So, I was kind of like, " Why is it called Tractor Supply, if they don't sell things for a tractor??"

I buy pet food and supplies here. I wish they would keep their inventory up better. I used to buy Carhartt jeans here but every time I look and ask. They just tell me they only get what TS sends them. Never offered to get them for me. I called the Farmerville store and they have them in stock but they offered to order anything I need. I will go to Farmerville from now on.

We love this store. We buy all our fencing supplies here. The people are friendly and always there to help us. I like their clothing the prices are good and the brands fit and wear good.

Always helpful staff, building is always clean and organized and unlike the other big chains they keep things where you can find them. We purchased a solar powered electric fence for its simplicity and to protect our chickens!

Literally the only place in town that refills propane by the gallon and not a flat rate. I usually refill mine at 50% so I refuse to swap or pay a flat rate.

I like there shop decorations and friendly faces who are always there to help you. Plenty of supply for your livestock and garden. Always go there for my chicken feed. They also have some medications for your poultry and others. They keep chicks and ducklings, which is a great treat for the sore eyes as well as for the children. Love the chirping of the chicks.
