Large grocery store with a wide selection of items including fresh flowers, bakery, and deli. Nice shopping carts for those with young children - safety belts work and cupholders. Coffee shop and Pizza Hut on site. Dry ice for sale. Clean bathrooms. Very close to interstate 20 exit.

Ordered a cookie cake for a birthday. All I asked was there be “happy birthday pookie” and a cat somewhere on the cake…. They went above and beyond and truly made the cake of the receives dream! I can’t thank the bakery staff enough for doing an absolutely amazing job and being so friendly and nice!

Easy to get in and out as long as a person is traveling north or goes out the back way and turns west to go to the light. Otherwise traffic and back up just a little, especially at peak traffic times. The store has ample parking and most of it is reasonably close to the front door. There are usually plenty of carts and shoppers have a choice of a big cart, a smaller, junior size cart or a carry basket.The produce section could be a little bit more enticingly displayed. They generally have a variety of selections and the produce is generally presented in a good condition. The store layout is typical grocery store, and some of their decisions as to where to put certain things doesn’t singing logical. But once a shopper has been several times, they learn where the Tabasco is. (And it’s not next to the seasoning, but next to the barbecue sauce.). The frozen fruit and fresh meat section is my favorite. This store regularly puts on its steaks and other meat products that sales that make it worth selecting a few. They always have plenty of milk and cheese and eggs as well as bacon and sausages.Super one usually has an ample number of cashiers checking out. I have only been there a couple of times out of probably 100 in which I thought there were two few cashiers for the number of customers. The most recent time a manager was on the PA asking all cashiers to report to the front. Most of the cashiers are friendly and expeditious. Tuesdays and Thursdays they have 5% off for seniors. Seems to me if they’re not gonna have more than a 5% discount it could be every day.After shopping, or before, a shopper could go by and get a cuppa coffee and or a pizza. I’ve had neither so can’t really attest to their quality but they look presentable.

It's a very good place to buy groceries at! Would recommend! They have a nice selection of meat and the place is clean, great place to get groceries at, sometimes they can be pretty busy

Stopped in to get groceries for dinner and found everything I needed. They had some excellent steaks! My girlfriend was definitely impressed! We had an excellent meal at a fraction of the cost of going out to a restaurant!

Edit 6/2023- i added a star. EXCELLENT PRODUCE. GREAT YOUNG MANAGER THERE HELPED ME with selecting. I should have remembered his name bc deserves credit. ALSO my previous statement **"It may cost a little more than w-mart, but I like it better, plus they have great sale items. Worth it!", **is now incorrect. At WM pricing or below mostly. Not just sales or super coupons but most products. Also great employees on general. Stockers, mngrs...all of them 👍red haired young lady at self check registers always knows how to fix problems and many scan and tag items. I say 👏🤝👍☝️💯 to all the staff sincerely. Better than most grocers all around... need meat ask a butcher what they think..produce, deli etc( lot of that work is not easy work for sure) but NEVER had a bad treatment from employees. And end of shift maybe a they are tired or slightly ready to be off, but have yet to feel that attitude you get 13 minutes to close at most places. Lol obviously I shop there a lot. 😃😁😆

Always clean, merchandise orderly especially prices always, correct .. most of the time fast check out... great vegetable nice and well kept, clean baskets and assitance at time. Deli and sushi.

They are rude. They left a product out of my bag and then when I called about it, the manager was rude and wouldnt help me. It was an expensive item.

Great place for groceries. Really good prices.There's a deli with hot food, fresh sushi made daily, a specialty meat, fish, and seafood market, a small Pizza Hut restaurant, and my favorite a C.C.'s Coffee House all inside.

S1 has a decent selection & good prices. Fresh fruit is pretty good too (never will get at WM again). The cashiers are usually efficient and friendly too. When I passed by the bakery 2 ladies were singing and enjoying their work. Happy employees = better workers. And their fresh orange cranberry muffins (& blueberry) are excellent!

The cash self checkouts rarely work properly. Last week, no coin change on 1. Took 2 clerks to figure it out while I waited. 3rd clerk brought change. When I asked her for mine she told me, with attitude, to get it from the office. I left without change as had been waiting a while. Phoned the manager on duty & he blamed the machines on “corporate”. Didn’t exude lots of concern. Have always liked Super 1 & we shop there 3-5 days each week. This performance was Walmart like. Very disappointed

Love going here when I visit my daughter's and grandkids..it's a huge store full of great prices and some awesome sushi ....the meat market has some really good looking steaks and my favorite cut the tomahawk they sell and cut regular ......it's not a easy place to go to and not a easy out ..but worth the hassle of traffic..clean restrooms..and a very helpful employees.

I used the self checkout during a very busy sunday, Tally was helping everyone who walked up and going as far as to bring people extra buggies for their overflowing ones. she kept me in the loop the whole time about the wait for the cash register. really brightened my day!

This is one of the main grocery stores in town. The employees are friendly and they have a good selection of items. They just completed a remodel a while back and it is a really nice store. Now it even has a sushi bar, coffee bar and Pizza Hut inside. It's a good place to shop.

I like the actual Brookshires chain better even though this chain is owned by them. The management seems to care less when people have issues. My biggest complaint is they will advertise something as being on sale and in small print will say valid through date - date. Even though the sign will still be up they won't honor it despite the fact it's their responsibility to take it down after the sale has ended. I give it a so-so but we prefer to go to Farmerville because we can get more courteous service at Brookshires.

Great produce, meats and deli. Employees are helpful and friendly. Having two styles of NEW shopping carts is a nice convenience. They weigh less, have 2 cup holders and appear to all have functioning wheels. I try to do my shopping here whenever I can.

Friendly service, clean facilities, they have pretty much you would expect from any typical grocery store without inflated prices. I've been here probably over 2 or 3 dozen times. Definitely check out the mix and match beer fridge they have!

Great! A large variety of foods! Prices are not too bad! Shelves are always stocked! Store in general is always nice , neat and clean. The little coffee shop and Pizza Hut are a nice addition as you are leaving the store.

Would rate it higher, but it's a hassle to use the self checkout. They don't have scanner guns which would help scan heavy items.Also there not enough space in the bagging area & you have to keep all the items in the area or it stops you from checking outEdit: They finally have scanner guns which is super helpful! So adding another star 🙂

Visited the store on the evening of 01/23. It was clean even though it’s clear some renovations to the store are underway. The staff was very helpful. I especially appreciate the patience of the cashier who allowed my young son to practice making a transaction and counting change. Exceptional service!
