Great Customer service!!! I was actually upset with them at first since I got 2 of there feeders and one was missing a part. I reached out and they wanted quite a bit for it. I blew it off and they ended up contacting me back the next day and took total care of it. It shocked me honestly and I will buying more of there product now as I buy tons of feeders for hunting. Awesome A+++

Not a good experience with this company or the product. Bought the tomahawk feeder and had to have it replaced twice now. Through warranty all shipping cost on me, $9 priority mail to them in 2 days and $20 for them to ship back, which has been 2 weeks out now after they had it 10 days in repair. Wishing I’d spent that $30 on a brand new feeder with a different label. Next time…. If I ever get mine back, I doubt it’ll last long. Never again

I bought two "lifetime" classic fish feeders in March of 2019. It is now August 2021 and I probably have 6 months total use out of one and 2 months out of the other. Originally I had problems with the motor in one feeder and the battery pack in the other. Sent them back at different times and finally received them back month's later. Re mounted them and neither worked for more than a month. The next issue was the boards went out in both. Sent in for repair in August 2020 and didn't receive them back from repair until March 2021. After the repair only one of them worked longer than a week.I will never buy another ON TIME feeder due to the poorly made product and the long wait time for repair.

On Time is a wonderful company to work for. There is nothing the owners won't do to help you! They always put customers first and the staff really goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer is taken care of. I worked there for almost two years and I really appreciate the time I worked there! They became like family and still are!

Sent 3 Feeder motors in to be repaired and they received them July 29 2019. After calling a couple of times and being told they'd call me back I never heard anything. I call for a third time this week and they said that the feeders wouldn't be ready until May of 2020. 10 months to fix 3 feeders is pretty ridiculous.

I have 6 , lifetime elite spin cast , one with clips and the others digital models .Anyone give 100 plus freight for all 6?Can’t keep them working , either a motor or controller or something .Im sure they are a fine company but I’m done with these lifetime spin cast feederswoodsland1@hotmail if your interested

The feeders work good, but the service is absolutely horrible! We drop of a brand new feeder a year ago. When we did we asked how long and do you need any info from us? The girl (Nikki) said NO, I put it on a spreadsheet and we put your name on it. Ok great. After many calls and her being rude and even telling us that we didn't drop it off. We finally picked it up today.. they didn't even give us the right feeder. So I just asked did y'all lose the other one? Then (Nikki) trys to tell me I sent my boys up there to get it? Ok so why are you giving me another timer if I did that? She is very rude,and unprofessional.And I don't have any boys!! They did give me another timer to make it right. But they need to hire customer service people with alitte more class.

After buying a fish feeder from Gander Mountain, I was installing it on the end of a dock when I dropped the battery pack in the water. I couldn't find the part on the Internet and went to Gander and asked for help. Gander said it could not locate the part. I looked up On Time on the Internet and called it's office. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and send me a new battery pack the next day....no charge. The feeder works great now. From now on, every feeder I buy will be directly from On Time.

I have had a couple motors in for repair for a couple months and I called simply to find out an ETA....The lady was extremely rude and just said December... I said could they get just one finished sooner ... She simply just said no December... I bought these because of their claim to repair these lifetime motors....Didn't realize it would take a lifetime to get them back!

My father in-law has been buying these to use at our ranch for years and I don't know why - he doesn't hunt. The most unreliable feeder I've ever seen. Each week I can never know if it will spin. Got in the stand this morning and at 7 am nothing happened...again! I'm banning these from our ranch as of today.
