Great business! They helped me out with a funeral arrangement after another florist canceled our order at the last minute. It was Mother's Day weekend and they were VERY busy but still managed to provide us with a gorgeous arrangement in time.

Owner Dana Taylor was beyond helpful! I needed to send flowers to a memorial service in Ft. Worth, and within an hour she had contacted two florists and ascertained which was best for my purposes, ordered the arrangement and contacted me to let me know everything was handled! I have always been very pleased with the quality of arrangements from House of Flowers, but this service was above and beyond! I highly recommend!

I want to give a review on a flower shop in Ruston, LA. Growing up in Ruston, I have heard of @House of Flowers all my life and I was stunned when I found out how much they do not value their potential customers and how rude an employee can be and get away with it. A family member who does not use Facebook called to order a $200.00 arrangement for a death in our family. I don’t know who the employee was but she was incredibly rude and said she had 2 weddings that weekend and probably wouldn’t have enough flowers and made it clear she didn’t care about the order. Thankfully, she was able to contact Kay’s Designs, Flowers and Gifts in Jonesboro, LA and she could not have been nicer and was so talented and was more than glad to help. I also contacted Kay’s when I found out about House of Flowers and I was so pleased. Too bad for House of Flowers - You missed out on about $500.00 and I hope this review does not disappear like some have on your page and other people won’t waste their time calling and getting treated like she was. Time to close up the shop!I’m

Glad to see the same friendly faces at the new location! If you’re unsure of what to get lean on these lady’s for advice and you’ll be amazed what they can come up with. In the dog house? I ordered Valentines Day flowers three days in advance expecting a nice bouquet and chocolates. I got more then I asked for. Beautiful arrangement with a balloon and personalized card. Cost a couple dollars more but we’ll worth my money. Five star rating. I live in Illinois so I didn’t know exactly what they would deliver to my honey. Top notch. Definitely recommend!

I stopped in to get my wife a bouquet of flowers and not only was the staff very courteous and helpful they hooked me up with a fresh made Oreo cake bite. It was awesome. I’ve used this place a couple of times now and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Definitely recommend.
