This is how I received my large 3 topping pizza after waiting over an hour for a 45 min estimated time. Very disappointed, will never order pizza hut again. They literally put 1 large pizza into 2 medium boxes, separating my pizza, stuffing it into 2 separate boxes. Completely horrible business. And by the way, I live 2 blocks away, over hour delivery 🙄

Stopped by to pickup an order we placed online. I made it there just a few minutes before the order was ready. Once the order was ready, the girl working the counter brought my attention to the doneness of the cheese pizza on the order. She thought it looked slightly more cooked and asked me if I was ok with it and offered to remake the pizza if I thought so too. Though there was a small area of the pizza that was darker, it was not overcooked and it was delicious.Customer service everywhere has been on a decline since Covid and she could have easily just boxed up the pizza and sent me on my way, but she choose to be kind and professional. Employees like this should be recognized.

It's gone downhill.Made an order yesterday, said it would be delivered in 30-45 min. Hour passed, still no delivery. Called the store, and they blamed it on door dash. Which to me was fine. I understand that after the order is picked up by door dash, it's no longer pizza huts' task to get it delivered. However, I spoke with a customer service rep, and a refund was supposed to be issued. 24 hours later, no refund was given. The lady on the phone said it was her and only one other person working and to give her time to take care of it, which I did but it was never done.I'm done going back and forth with this business, I'll take the loss and make sure no one in my family orders from Robert Pizza Hut again.

Ordered dinner at 6:30pm it is nearly 9pm and food has still not been delivered. Called an hour ago to see if we could just come and pick it uo and then, said it had already "left" Did our pizza run away?...In all seriousness this is ridiculous. My children wanted pizza for dinner and now it's past their he'd tome and we still jave not gotten our dinner.

The order said ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived the screen said my order was ready and it had not even been cooked yet. When I got home, the bacon was missing on 2 pizzas, the pineapple/ham pizza had sausage and pepperoni it. They need some support on quality control.

Ordered 2 pizzas and waited 3 hrs to receive them, if I could give 0 stars I would! It’s a shame people can’t read orders, work hard, and get 2 damn pizzas cooked by a online paying customer. Been here several times before and it’s always the same! Lack of leadership and skills at this place. I’ll save my money and go elsewhere because it’s just terrible here. Place just needs to get flooded again and stay down.

This location is terrible!!!! First off, they never get the order right! When I order extra sauce, they barely put any sauce on the pizza!Secondly, for the last 6 months or longer the APP says they no longer accept online delivery. When I call then, their excuse is that they are short on available drivers. How long does it take to hire drivers? When I made a phone order for delivery, it takes 1 1/2 hours to deliver my food on a Monday night! I have been a customer for over 6 years and now I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

We are staying in our RV at Reunion Lake and we noticed how close the Pizza Hut is to the park. We placed an order of 3 pizzas, cheese sticks and wings. All of it came out great. It’s literally 5 driving minutes from the park and the guy Mike was great and he went the extra mile! Thank you!

I was a loyal customer specifically to the Robert location for the last 3-4 years but they will never get another penny from me. This whole situation has me stressed beyond belief.I was in collision with another vehicle caused by a delivery driver from the Robert pizza hut location while they were on the clock. The delivery driver was declared at fault for failing to yield in the accident report. Fast forward the at fault driver's insurance denied my claim because they were delivering pizzas without the correct insurance coverage.First why have I paid a small fortune in delivery fees over the years if that money isn't used to properly insure your drivers while they're on the clock?Whose negligence is responsible for allowing this employee on the road knowing they didn't have the proper insurance coverage if/when an accident occurred?Who is responsible for paying for the damage to my vehicle?Who do I call to get answers?I've called the customer service line and the store MULTIPLE times to get information on how to get this issue resolved. Everytime the "manager on duty" tells me the supervisor would be given the message and will call me back. It's been 4 months since the accident and NOT ONCE HAS ANYONE FROM PIZZA HUT CONTACTED ME BACK!!!Hopefully this review will get the attention of someone who can help me since all other attempts have failed.

Did contact-less curbside pickup. Upon receiving the box, I opened and was missing a paid for side item so I had to go in anyway. Ordered bread sticks with marinara sauce with an additional cup for .50. One container was 1/2 full, the other 1/4. Wish I would have checked that before I got home. Pizza, bread sticks, and wings were prepared well. Not for the side item issue, would have been 5 stars.

this new edge pizza was outstanding but the delivery part is definitely a low gutter setting. the only reason we ordered pizza yesterday evening was because someone from the household was out and could pick it up, because the deliver would take 1.5 hours but pickup would be 15 minutes - DEFINATELY SUBPAR.....and if subway would have still been open that would have been the better option. But the pizza was definitely great.

Whoever the managers here they’re UNPROFESSIONALS…first of all, the lady I spoke to after Kathryn has to be fired because she cursed and treated me like she was not responsible for the error of an order I placed online. This location has to be shut down or switch new staff.

Service was great, food was not. My order had cheese sticks, bread sticks, cinnasticks, and wings (all of which should come with sauces) and there was no sauce when delivered. Pasta was extremely dry. Cheese sticks were dry. Overall food quality wasn’t good.

Called ahead to order and no one answered the phone. Was headed somewhere else to get food and passed by. They were open. We did get pizza here and it was good. Just wish we didn't have to sit and wait for 20 minutes because no one answered the phone.

I understand that sometimes you don't have enough people to run the place. But to have so many pizzas in the oven that are ready and not being pulled out that they burn. Several of them including mine were burnt and we were just left there with out being told. Never again.

I had company, therefore a $40 order. The staff were very friendly, however I was disappointed with the order. Of the 4 pizzas, one was completely wrong, none had correct crust flavor and not one was sliced completely. Disappointing, 😥 my regular store in Ponchatoula NEVER fails!

Absolutely horrible...red sauce was old and more on it then crust. Very very very any meat and cheese on it. I never order delivery and soo sad I got this red sauce soup.

If you want to be waited on after someone who comes in behind you, not be acknowledged, greeted, or thanked for your business, then this is the pizza place for you. If you want to be waited on in the order of arrival, be greeted, and just treated with basic human decency, then this place probably isn't for you. Hot Garbage with a logo .
