They recently moved and we are excited for them, an upgrade in available product and a selection of produce sounds great... Went to check out the new place and get some much needed supplies... Sadly they opened the doors too soon, not finished stocking and of the 4 girls there only one seemed to be doing anything the rest were doing there very best to avoid customers. There is 4 self checkstands, 2 where working and 2 had flashing red lights. I know they have a few good employees, but most of them were not there today.

The girl working at this location this evening is in there by herself, a line from the front all the way to the back of the store. No relief or back up? How does upper management think this is acceptable then wonder why loss prevention has a problem with the theft and amount of products walking out of that store. One person can not work store alone. Do better, you lose great employees behind poor management.

834pm and an employee on a smoke break met me at the entrance to tell me they were closed. Happens all the time. Since the pandemic, it's all the time- "Manager said we can close early to clean the store". 834pm on a weeknight! There were at least 5 cars in the lot and there was a short line at the register. Sucks to drive 15 minutes for a store to close ridiculously early.

This one being in Arcadia is my go to store. And Todd is my go to guy there. He is a very sweet guy that has gone out of his way to help both my husband and myself Everytime we are in there. He definitely deserves a Raise because he works ALOT and never gets to take a lunch because I think he is a key holder or something. So he has to stay. I've never seen nobody more dedicated than this guy. Wish they still did undercover boss and came to that store. Todd would get a big blessing. The other staff is just as friendly and the store is usually clean.

Terrible service, and refusing children in the store is ridiculous. If the store is dangerous for children then why would it be ok to let me in to be exposed and then I still go home to that same child? And what about those parents who don't have anyone to keep their child? I just moved here and my parents live in another state. Should just close to public if children can't come in.

The manager Lola stated I have to be 30 years of age to buy a can of SPRAY PAINT which is definitely not true! (LA. Chapter 9.84SALE OF AEROSOL CONTAINERS OF PAINT TO MINORS ) verifies this is incorrect and Lola wanted to give me a hard time. I am very disappointed in this location. Calling corporate, someone will be held accountable. Got everything on video! Let’s see what the world thinks.

Very rude clerk putting returns on the shelves. I'm not familiar with the Ringgold, LA store so when I asked about an item she told me the department and when I asked where it was I got a rude response. I won't be going back to that store. No reason for RUDENESS!!!!

It's a great little store. Usually has the minimum of what we need. They have great employees which helps with the clutter that the poor store seems to always have.

Even though it's a small town, Ringgold has managed to get a Dollar General Store. Until another big name store came and gave them another competitor, they saved locals from a 25+ mile drive to Walmart. They are busy alot of the time, but the clerks are all very friendly and helpful. When it comes to paper products and soft drinks, they've beat Walmart on store brands and every once in a while beat Walmart's Sam's Choice soda prices with name brand equivalents.

You can't get down several isle because of stock left there, nothing ever seems to be put up. Every unorganized store but there employees are very nice and always greet you when you come in.

Store is extremely nasty, shelves are empty, boxes of products every where needing to be put out, employees at night very unprofessional, cussing while waiting on customers. Dollar General Corporate needs to do a pop in inspection!!
