I tried to order as well as pick up a mobile order. I forgot to say that in the drive thru so when I pulled up to pay, I asked if I could pick it up there . The mobile order was pre payed. Immediately she had an attitude. She thought I said, sir when I actually said sorry because I couldn’t hear her. She said “I’m not a sir I’m a ma’am”. Then when she asked for the name of the mobile order and I gave her the name. The order was not correct. She got mad at me when I asked her if there was another one. then when I tried to figure out if the order was under my name or the person I was picking it up for and I asked if she could tell me what the order was. She also had an attitude and kept repeating I already asked you this and in a very rude tone. I do not appreciate the attitude I received just trying to get my lunch. I hope they do better next time. Because I will not tolerate this.

By far, this McDonalds was worse than normal. Service was terrible. The kiosk worked enough for you to place your order; however, you wouldn't find out until the end that card payments were not acceptable. Proceeded to the counter, and the cashier was super slow and incompetent. After handing her the slip from the kiosk, she was unsure of what to do. After finally figuring it out, she then told me the credit card machine was not working. She then asked the bearded manager for help, who I must point out was super pissed about having to work. She reluctantly came to assist, only for her to confirm 5 minutes later that the machine was not working. The tables were dirty and everyone in my party complained of stomach issues a few hours later. Avoid this place at all costs.

The Burgers and Fries were Fresh and very satisfying .OH I SEE DIDN'T TELL YOU I HAD A VANILLA SHAKE THIS TIME AND IT IN WAS SO GOOD!!!;I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND MY MEAL.!

SLOW SLOW SLOW SERVICE!!! No ice in the soda machine. This made the soda flat. It took almost 15 minutes to get my meal. It was super slow. I think there were only 4 people inside and 4 on drive through.If you want hot, fresh, fast food go somewhere else.

I absolutely hate kiosk ordering and had to have someone do it for me. They were out of ice cream which seems to happen at almost every McDonald's I go to. The food is just okay. Even the french fries aren't as good as they were once well known for. The only reason I stopped there was because the person who was driving wanted to go so we could get back on the road quickly. The only thing I like at McDonald's anymore is the ice cream

I came in to get a drink and the lady at the counter took the order of the women I front of me, when she was done she walked off for several minutes and finally came back but still did not take my order, even the she looked right at me as she was reaching under the counter to get her cell phone then walked outside to make a call. I finally just left because I could clearly see I wasn't going to be waited on.

Ya'll I should have known not to go to McDonald's this time of night. After the game we were hungry and wanted a quick eat. 30 minutes in drive thru and food seemed to be re cooked or re fried. Fries were horrible. Service was great tho. The man and ladies working had great service for that time of night.

Young lady walked up t o the front counter 3 times ne c er addressed me , it took the lady expediting orders to ask me for my order. She gave me burger to the first young lady she handed m e the bag even though I wanted to add to my order. Burger was fixed incorrectly and I ordered a shake. The lady expediting actually took my order while t h e other young lady took drive thru orders on the front computer.No service at all. Horrible

This location has been one of the best ones for order accuracy I have been to in a while, we get exactly what we ordered the way we ordered it, if we asked for extra mayo, we got it. Usually, at other locations, even when we asked for extra mayo, we get none or just a smear of it, whereas this location gave us what we asked for on several occasions. And they are friendly, they don't act like you are irritating them by even coming there.

Horrible. We pulled up behind someone who looked like they made an order. It was our turn so we pulled up. We waited in line for at least twenty minutes before I walked up to the drive through. They were literally hiding behind the walls. I walked away, then they came out so came back and knocked. He pretended to not be able to hear me until he had to face me and saw me. He walked up to the window and opened it and said "Yes ma'am?" I asked if they were open and he said yes. I told him how long I had been waiting and asked why. He said they had stopped serving people since 10:30pm!!! It was 12:00am by now!! I didn't lose it but I told him that wasn't right and that he could've at least let us know and that they need to cut the lights out. The manager was right there trying to hide while she listened in the distance. Sadly this isn't the first time this has happened... It had just happened a while back and we had forgotten. I wouldn't give a single star if it was an option.

Shockingly bad service. We werent quite ready to order so the cashier walked off...to do nothing. She stood at the other end of the counter despite our stepping forward and trying to make eye contact with her. Then when we ordered she said the soda machine was broke. Another employee stepped up behind her to tell us what our alternatives were as the cashier was not about to be put out by actually serving customers. We rarely go out to eat, and even more rarely visit a fast food establishment. This establishment reminded us why we avoid it. Seems like McDonalds is relying on quantity over any sort of quality.

Worst Highway stop in my life. They tried to fight me in the parking lot over 3 large fries and large unsweet tea that were missing from my order. What a dump. Cussing me out and screaming at me through the locked door seemed to delay the service. All this in front of my three kids and wife.
