Cashier at 3:40 pm on 01-14-24 needs a review and raise! As a truck driver I been all over the man is very respectful as well as the man cleaning the store....everyone is so negative on reviews but I like to bring out the best in people too...the food is better then pilot as well...you can eat decent for 9.00 instead of 25.00 at pilot!

I just went in to use the restroom and the restroom was terrible. One of the toilets was stopped up with the door wide open; no notes on the door nothing informing you. They left a whole roll of toilet paper on the ground and the toilet paper dispenser was almost empty. There was toilet paper all over the ground and NO HAND SOAP! I told the woman at the front about the situation and she gave me a funny look and couldn’t care less. Terrible customer service. Do not come here expecting a clean restroom.

Just leaving this location and was very impressed with the lady working. I didn’t get her name but it’s 5pm on Tuesday, August 1st, 2023 so whoever was on the schedule then.Backstory: we’ve been at the hospital in Monroe today because a family member was having work done on his pacemaker. When we took the rayville exit headed home our children wanted ice cream so we stopped at circle k to get some that was hand dipped.There was only one lady working. She was in the process of mopping when we walked in the store, then a few people made it to the counter ahead of us.After she checked them out she came to the ice cream counter and proceeded to scoop all 4 cones for us.After we had our cones we got in line to checkout with them. A gray headed lady came up hollering about a bathroom being dirty and saying something like “when the manager gets here don’t ask about why the bathrooms were dirty”The young lady checking us out tried to explain that she was the only one working at the moment and hadn’t had a chance to get back to them but the older gray haired lady wouldn’t let her get a word in and continued to say “don’t worry about it when your manager gets here because they just did” and stormed out. I asked the lady behind the counter if she knew who that was and she said she had never seen them before.The girl was nearly in tears because of the incident.I couldn’t tell if the one hollering and causing a huge scene was implying that she was some type of manager that had seen a dirty bathroom or if she was saying she planned to report the worker. I hope there is no one like that in any managerial position.In either case I wanted to say ‘thank you’ again to the lady on shift and kinda hoped that if she happened to get reported that this review would be seen and she would be commended for holding her composure and being kind while me and my family took up a lot of her time getting ice cream. She seemed to be doing the best she could with multiple customers coming in and out and being there alone.

Do not appreciate at all being forced to use the self checkout. I am a regular customer at your store and today will be my last day shopping here. Cashier literally said they are being forced to make customers use the self checkout. I have expressed to them on two visits that I don’t want to use self checkout due to having a couple of bad experiences with using similar machines in the past where my card was charged additional charges after leaving the store and was still told I had to use it. My first visit when being forced to use the card the cashier saw me at the counter then said RUDELY..DO YOU NEED SOMETHING!! I said yes my gas, she then says oh well you have to use the machine. But anyway they don’t have to worry about my business again at all.

Big fat Cashier with no customers made me wait while she cleaned the hot dog machine. Two customers walked in and found their items before she finished. They went to a different register and she told me I had to wait behind them. I left all of my items on the counter and shopped across the street.

Well the only problem I have had is during the day they are undered staffed. They need more employees checking customers out besides that, the store is the best one in Rayville, La.

Always lines of customers and when you go in to pay for gas it's like the employees hide very disappointed. Understaffed badly, and this is at 7 most of every morning
