Rude!!! Always, never fails... Got a text that I had a prescription ready for pick up. Fiancée picked it up and used fast pay due to my card on file it was a medicine from my previous Dr who passed away that I no longer take and cost $89.Never even opened the bag and was told no refund on any medication 🤬🤬🤬. NEVERAGAIN. They are the worst!!!AND NEVER HAVE ANYTHING MEDICATION IN STOCK!!!!!!

The pharmacy has the worst group of people I’ve ever seen. They have no moral compass when it comes to helping patients get their meds. They just canceled or didn’t fill my scripts because and I quote “we didn’t think you could afford the $750 medicine so we didn’t fill it “ And never called to even tell me. My head is not understanding how they can be so rude and disrespectful on the phone and in person and yet no one is doing anything to fix it. Absolutely disgusting people. I would rather experience all my symptoms of not taking my meds than fill at this place again.

Got a text saying my prescription was ready, I go to pick up and they say they're still waiting on approval. This has happened multiple times. When I explained to the pharmacist how much of an inconvenience this has been for me everytime I go to this location she started to get an attitude with me and told me to call my doctor. As a paying customer I am highly disastisfied with the customer service skills within your pharmacy department, and the length of time to pick up a prescription through a drive through is absolutely ridiculous.

Is one of the qualifications to be hired as a Walgreen cashier is that you have to have a negative attitude and be rude. This has to be one of the worst Walgreens. The automatic fill system for your prescription never works always having to call in my prescription to get it refilled and they asked me if they want it on automatic refill and I say yes every time but every month when my prescription is due I have to call it in or come in to have it refilled and the process goes over and ask me again if I want it on an automatic refill.As far as customer service is concerned in the friendliness of this place I would have to say it is the worst.

So very helpful and polite! The lady in cometics went out of her way to go check if a specific item was there for me . She was beyond helpful and extremely polite, if all places of business had employees like her,the world would be a better place. Kudos to this Walgreens, makes me want to go more often for items. As a customer we are grateful to feel appreciated. Thanks!

This is my second time coming here to Walgreens in Rayne first time I called to see how to transfer a presentation girl was so rude so I went in to pick it up she was waiting on another customer and bein rude with him that's how I knew who she was well today went to the window my so rude again I said what's with the attitude she said I don't have one but I can get one and tthrew the penand mic down I can get one too you don't need to b here at this window or at the storeThe pharmacist saw this and was professional about it he completed my order
