We had a Privacy Cedar Fence installed at our residence by Jack Fencing LLC and it came out OUTSTANDING . From the start to the finish of our fence installation was flawless! They completed almost 300 linear feet in a day! I have had many fences over the years & this fence by far exceeds any value, installation & look that I have ever had installed! We recently did a huge renovation to our back yard/pool and out door kitchen. Our fence was around 14yrs old and was okay, the standard cedar vertical planked type. We saw a Neighbors that Jack’s Fence just installed, and it was absolutely beautiful. The cedar planks are horizontal and over lap slightly. Our current vertical type over time shrinks a little and is not that private around the pool anymore. We spoke to the neighbor and got the contact information for Jack’s Fence. I called and left a message for Chris, with in a day or so he called back. We set up a time for him to come by so we could talk about what we wanted and to get a quote.I instantly liked and trusted Chirs. He was very professional and extremely through, explaining some options, making a few welcomed suggestions too.We were done, shook hands and parted. Chris remained on our property for another 20 minutes or so, video recording what we talked about, and making some notes. I really liked that!Within a couple days we received the quote, and he broke it out in two phases for us. Our houses back yard is completely fenced and then the property to the side of us is fenced around our shop. This gave us the option of paying and doing it all at once, or, breaking it up. We initially agreed to doing it in phases. We got on the schedule to start, about 3-weeks out. During that time the wife and I decided to go ahead and do it all at the same time. I contacted Chris and he made the adjustment with no issue, just needed to order double the supplies. Our property is close to an acre and half.When they started, they were on it! It took about a week and a half because they first removed and hauled off all the old fence, then rebuilt our new one. Not to mention, we asked for a couple minor adjustments to be made, Chris and his crew made them without an issue. To say we are satisfied with the job Chris and his crew did for us is an understatement, WE LOVE IT! It really transformed our house/property to really something to be proud of. We have got nothing but compliments from family, friends and neighbors. I can’t say enough about this company especially Chris! We consulted them for a privacy fence in Feb and I had some delays due to weather and wanting dirt work done first. They were super understanding and accommodating! Once we were finally ready for the install in June, they fit us in their schedule within a few days! Chris even came out on a Saturday to mark the area with me again and make sure I was satisfied before they started. I HIGHLY recommend their pre-stain option, worth every penny. I was unsure on where to end the fence because it was kinda awkward on the left side of my house. Chris made an awesome suggestion without any pressure. That if I stopped it at this certain point and added the pre stain that the original price quote would almost even out. I would have regretted it if I didn’t do it. He is hands on and at the job site, attending to every detail and customer question/concern. Due to many circumstances, the scope changed several times, leaving the opportunity for a lot of details to get lost in the process. He visited my job three times before even starting the project. This was a unique job, requiring detailed planning that not only involved his team, but also a concrete contractor. He took care of every detail and was even on-site when the concrete contractor came to do his part, in order to make sure I was satisfied. I absolutely 100% recommend Jack Fencing.First, their website tool that allows you to preplan your fence on your property was a huge help. No other site I went to had anything of the sort. This allowed us to have an in general idea of what it would cost without having to speak or commit to anyone before we were ready.Chris came out and was very interested and helpful in helping us design our fence in a tough situation where we needed to keep our dogs contained, but not lose open area from our patio. It was clear he had put thought into it before he even got there. We did not feel rushed to make decisions. Chris was determined to make us happy.When build time came, his team showed up with a professional presentation. They worked very hard in unreasonable and brutal heat (100+ degrees) all day long! In spite of the work conditions they never slacked, moped or showed any signs of misery!They left leaving our property clean, and looking great.
