The staff was great. The hotel lobby was nice and clean, but hot like an oven. The room was not even fit for a dog to stay in. The bathroom smelled like poop the entire 2 days. The shower had mold and grime everywhere. I took a shower with my flip flops on. The towels were the size of hand cloths. The floors were stained and disgusting. I didn't even pull back the sheet. I had to sleep on top of the blanket. The only reason I stayed and didn't ask for a refund was because I was in town for a cars show and no other room were available. I will never stay at another Days Inn.

Normally I don't post reviews but this place needs to be redone from the building to customer service. When we checked in and were given our room key we discovered our rooms deadbolt was not functioning advised the front end and they said it was no big deal. Then also discovered that our door did not probably shut and would not properly lock again they acted like it was no big deal but had somebody come fix it do it would have st least stay shut and locked. According to other website they give out free breakfast but when we got up in the mornings all they offer was coffee there was no breakfast of any sorts. Their customer service was like you were bothering them even though you are a guest at this place. We'll never Stay at this hotel againNoteworthy details: Read my review

When checking to hotel they tell you that he price of the room but charge extra 50$ to your bill without telling you then when you ask what it’s for they say, well it’s right there… beside the candy where you. Can’t see the paper.Also I got a room with 2 queen size beds and 4 people, My wife, myself and 2 kids with two towels and two rags. When we asked 2 more towels and rags his response was how did we use all the rags??Not sure where this guy is from but where I’m from we don’t use the same rags and towels!!Very weird and somewhat rude!Top everything off the room smelted like Mold or wet dog!!I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is the most nastiest hotel I hv ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. Ants every where, room smelled like a wet dog, air wasn't on when we got to the room, the people working there aren't worried about anything when u complain. The water pressure in the sink was barely even a trickle. U couldn't even rinse your toothbrush properly due to literally no water coming out the faucet. My son got ate up by the ants. I literally told the front desk and her exact words, yeah we know. SAD THAT THIS PLACE IS SO RUN DOWN. My friend's room had actual blood stains like a murder scene on their carpet in the room. Their website says no breakfast due to construction until Aug 2023. We stay there Nov 10-12 & no construction and no breakfast... piss poor quality.. Do Not Stay Here...

Made real sure this is were you need to stop. You CAN'T cancel for ANY reasonwithout loosing entire money. Not even if you just need to drive a bit further to a closer Wyndham to your destination. I will never book with this group again. No excuses.

It's absolutely horrible. I booked online and clearly stated that I had dogs with me. I get there and am told there are no pet friendly rooms available, so I can't bring my dogs inside, in 100F heat. And to boot, the lady at the reception desk has an extreme attitude and is nothing but rude. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, it was a horrid smell when you first walked in.

Had to change rooms heat in first not working. Heat in second room could not be turned off by 11 pm unbearable temperature. We had pet room liked the no carpet idea. No safety bar in shower refrigerator wasn't cold,large bug in bathroom, very little water coming out in faucet in sink, bed on some sort of metal frame made loud metal noise evey time you moved. Refused refund since we stayed the night- like we were going to pack up again at 11 pm and find another hotel

The entire second floor smells like cigarette smoke even though we booked a non smoking room. The amenities say breakfast included which in fact did not! We booked for 3 nights online and now stuck in a horrible situation and out over 200$Food & drinks: Breakfast nit included even stated otherwise

This hotel needs remodeling! Smells of old smoke when you walk in the door! There is no elevator...it is 2 floors! My room was clean and was good enough for the one night I stayed! Room did not have one towel...saw an employee in the hall but she didn't speak English so we had to wait til she found someone! The floor in the room was stained! This was a last minute stay...if it was a last resort, I would stay again but it would not be my first or second choice! It was very quiet and the A/C worked well! Plenty of parking...this was a Saturday stay and they were empty!

It's one of the only places I've ever been that I know after just being here once, and I never want to return. No vent in the bathroom, couldn't tell if it was mold or just past water damage. I did have a moment where I asked a worker if they may have a plastic spoon, and they tried handing me a garbage bag..... top that off with one of the absolutely most uncomfortable beds I've ever had the misfortune of laying on, and that once was more than enough for me.

No way will I ever go back. I booked on line. I get here They give me their cheap standard room. A 60 dollar room I paid 90 for the king whirlpool.They said eat it or leave. So we stayed I mean 90 dollars. We have to.Get to the room, hold your breath. After 10 mins your used to smell.Wake up, cant breathe. Omg stopped up badly. We look at the air cooler omg stopped up as well. I mean clogs. I took pics.Free breakfast, orange juice and coffee, nothing else, no food what so ever. I'm hungry. I'm tired, I can't breathe.What was supposed to be a get away for my 25th anniversary turned into a big nightmare.

“ Kids should not be on the second floor in a hotel “My stay at this hotel so far has been totally discomfort due to a kid if not two or more on the second floor above me. The constant running and stomping goes on all day, and starts at about 6:45 in the morning. Even after complaining to the front desk clerk who says she went upstairs to notify them the constant running and stop and continues.I truly don’t know if this kid is either off his medication or high on caffeine either way the parents or adults in the room has no control over him.If I could have given this review less than 1/2 star I would have. This day has been totally uncomfortable since my first day in the room. I hope to ask for another room today so I don’t have to be bothered by this disturbing family any longer. My next decision might be to call the police and complain about noise disturbance because I truly think there’s more going on up there than a bunch of noisy kids.

When I arrived there The lady was like the smoke rooms are getting remodeled.. and I was like okay so what we gonna do she said imma give you a room 3 doors from the exit and I said that was fine and she told me that we can’t smoke in it and we didn’t… well yesterday the people was upstairs hammering the ceiling and woke us up then this man who says he was “(the Owner)” came to our door and he DID charge me ADDITIONAL $250 for a smoke room FOR falsely accused us of smoking in the room .. as I said we were sleeping. And the lady already explain to me the day I checked and not to smoke in the room that’s why she gave us the room three doors from the exit. and this morning they’re bugging us knocking on the door to check out and it wasn’t even 11 o’clock yet. This is the worst hotel to sleep at .. don’t get a smoke in room.

Evacuated here for hurricane Ida, my wife was pregnant and I wanted her and my kids to be comfortable having electricity, TV and air conditioning. The room was horrible. I didn't want my kids or my wife to touch anything in the room. The remotes had no batteries, the smoke detector was ripped off the wall, old food in the microwave and hair in the sheets. I asked for non-smoking but apparently your allowed to smoke in every room. Stayed in the room for about 5 hours before leaving. Would have left sooner but I needed sleep, I drove for about 8 hours looking for a room. I can't see how this place is still open.

Definitely a pay for what you get kinda place. The staff are nice. Towels were old and sheets had a few stains, but it was still a clean room/bathroom. The A/C unit didn't work in our room, it was blowing hot air. Not bad for a one-night stay, though.

This hotel deserved five stars but unfortunately because the rude day manager guy they get three. He has no people skills and he is rude to everybody. One of those I’m right because I’m the manager guys. Everybody but him that we’ve dealt with has been very nice and polite and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. . The owners of the hotel are friendly and they keep it pretty clean. We’ve been staying here for two weeks and everybody on our crew has had problems with this one person. I am considering moving Hotels just because the manager. This place would get five stars if they would get rid of that guy and get somebody that knows how to talk to people with respect. JMO.

Ladies at front desk are really sweet and good. But the rest is just ugly. Second floor smells like cigarettes and our room too!!!!!! Towels were so so old and yellow. Our cover sheet was broken and all the rest of the sheets were more yellow than white. No water pressure at the tub at all.

Overall, I'd give one star...but not because of the service. The front desk attendant was very nice and I was appreciative of the fact we were able to get a room so late in the evening--after 11:00 PM and during the busy Thanksgiving weekend. However, the room's lock was busted, the toilet wouldn't flush, the bathtub was dirty and had hair in the drain, the shower curtain looked like there was something dried on it (I didn't want to get that close) and finally, the TV wouldn't turn off (when we entered the room, it was on)--I had to unplug from the wall to get it to turn off and then it wouldn't turn on in the morning. The breakfast was a "cold" breakfast which is fine, but if you are expecting something "warm", you will be disappointed. Again, the staff was helpful and if you are looking for the basics of a roof & bed, you are at the right spot. If you are looking for cleanliness, keep on driving.

This review is for the Days Inn in rayne Louisiana. My sister stayed here. I couldn't believe my eyes when I got there so I'm writing this review. The room was horrendous and dirty with HAIR in the bed. The carpets were sticky dirty and had burns. She had booked a first floor room because her BAD KNEES when they got there to check in they informed them they only had 2ND floor rooms and they DID NOT have an elevator so you had to take the steps. Why they don't have a elevator? This room is worth $20 a night they paying about $75. This room is so bad you can't even make it up. When they asked for a different room they informed them they didn't have any other ones available. She had booked this room ahead of time because the PICTURES looked nice ...the room DOES NOT look like the pictures at all ...beware of this hotel....if you look at this review from Google maps you can see my pics of proof

Absolutely horrible. We stayed in 2 rooms with 5 kids and 2 adults. For $100 per room,, There was no breakfast not even coffee. The rooms smelt like sewage. It was Absolutely disgusting. Because it was a last minute stay we had to deal with it because no other hotel had available rooms. I will never stay here again. I would rather drive an extra 30 mins to Lafayette.

I'd suggest trusting the reviews on this one we booked the room on line when we got there we could tell we wasn't staying when we hit the parking lot.we didn't know there was no breakfast the elevator was out and the room smell was awful like a wet pair of baseball shoes after a year of sweat. I'd rather sleep in my jeep than in a room like that. Go somewhere else please

If you like quiet, this is your place.If you like extra firm beds in clean rooms, go here. An older hotel, but very pretty.Decent price. No breakfast right now. Clean. Great kindness offered by the staff.Cute frog statue to welcome you.No pets, though.

If I could rate this hotel a negative -5 I would. This place is a dumpster fire waiting to happen. The sheets were dirty with hair and stains. The floors look like they haven't been vacuumed. The TV in our room didn't work and they offered no help. The cleaning ladies laughed in our face about the TV not working. The key card didn't work twice and had to be let in by front office. The hotel reeked of weed. The rooms were hot and A/C is noticeably full of lint and dirt. This place is disgusting. Staff is rude and this place needs a major upgrade or be closed down. Not worth the price this place is more like a $35 to $45 a night room. Not worth $65 a night.

Enjoyed our night here. The rooms are reasonable, only all the local fees are what takes the price up and they have no control over that. It was clean, quite and comfy. Has a great restaurant right next door so with it being pet friendly with ample walking grounds, this is a place I will definitely remember for the future.

I don't understand the few nasty reviews I've read because this is an awesome place. I had been driving a long time when I finally pulled in to this quaint hotel. The young man at the desk was kind and helpful. Without me asking, he helped me plan my next few days on my trip. He told me when I'd run into rush hour and when. The room was clean and comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast offered was great! I got to make my own Belgian waffle. Coffee and juice was available, too. The lady at the desk was kind and sweet. Thank you so much for your kindness!

You get what you pay for. No breakfast. The room could be ok if it was cleaned. I spent 2 weeks here due to my job. The same trash was behind the bathroom door when I left that was there when I checked in. Pajamas were hanging behind the door that was there from before I checked in. No breakfast just coffee and it looks like they may update one day because all the new fixtures are stacked up like a storage room at the front door they stayed the whole time I was there . Oh and no breakfast.

The place had pore service we get there we check in the lady at the front tells us the key cards won't work with the door that she has to let us in manually.... we have no other option but to accept it because that's the last 2 bed they had.... we get in the room it stunk of mold, there was visible mold around the bace boards and fridge area, the TV was broken that they had it screwed to the table, the air conditioning hardly worked we had it turned down but it barely got cold in the room woke up sweating, the fridge did not work the tub had rust in it and rusted out holes, the phone did not work nore did some of the plugs..... it was a complete nightmareNot to mention there is no free breakfast there they don't do it like they advertise they do all they serve is coffee and orange juice that's it..... worst place to stay at don't go there not worth your time or money
