Sad!!!!! My friend brought her puppy in the other day and was not told a thing today I bring my esa!!!! In And I got kicked out of the store not too mention my dog was in a buggy not bothering a soul agine a esa!!! On papersss but all beacuse he didn’t have a leash or his vest on he was kicked out by Mrs.betty jo ….Why would Walmart have animal products if you don’t want animals in the store 🏻🤬 although nobody else said anything…… WE WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW COLAR BTW!!!!! This is a great location. Seems like everyone working and shopping here are cool down to earth folks who don't mind saying a friendly hi. Its further for me over other walmarts but this one has a certain chill feel

Worst one in the zone for Spark Drivers. They make up "rules" and ignore posted spark policies. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it either. If you plan on picking up a trip here make sure your car is spotleas on the inside or you have a bedcovet and completely empty truck bed. These people are drunk with their mininum wage power.

Update below...This Walmart will leaving you hanging. Workers will walk past you with cellphones in hands look up at you and not acknowledge you. Then when you approach workers in electronics for assistance you’ll be grunted at. Over 30 minutes I’ve been waiting for assistance & 5 employees have walked past me barely acknowledging me. This is pathetic and if I was the general manager or manager I’d be embarrassed.Update: these guys have really stepped up the game!

I'm leaving this review in regards to the curbside pick up. If you use this service, do yourself a favor and leave any meats,produce and breading off your list. Otherwise you'll receive the worst of the worst even rotted or molded items. So if you're capable to get these items yourself do so.

Maybe I am just anti-wally... Every walmart seems so generic and fake, but this one genuinely seems to suck the life from people. Shoppers that enter in a wonderful mood leave disgruntle. It's never anything major. It's not as if clutter litters the aisles, but they don't have your favorite potato chips. They always have shopping carts, but they are out of your printers ink. You found the perfect outfit for your date Friday night, but the dressing room associate has been Missing for 45 minute's and no one else has keys. Things like that. Making it so a quick trip turns into a 2 hour ordeal. On top of it all don't lose track of your party, because cell phones don't work in this twilight zone!Update:They do have some lovely plants in the garden area or bouquets in their grocery section. I am also pleased to say their Wine and beverage selection is decent. If you accidentally get sucked into this twilight zone.Update: the rising cost of living is absolutely affecting prices... I do believe Walmart has reduced the number of Great Value products they are producing?

The 2 is purely regarding delivery. I'll upgrade the score if delivery improves. Delivery is such a nice option for my elderly in-law and I'm carrying a baby and my man's back is out of order, so delivery is wonderful when things go right.1. One time, our order was delivered across the street. Thank GOODNESS we noticed before the neighbors brought the items in.2. There were a few times when items were substituted without our permission. Some things we'd rather not have at all than a substitute.3. We had to call and ask about a missing bottle of booze; they said they didn't know who it belonged to. A simple review of our order is all that had to be done to check so that was disappointing.Actually going in and buying things is 5 stars.

This walmart was my worst and last experiance ever. I will never again. Manager messed up 302.00 worth bagged in my buggy arguing up an down it wasnt right when indeed she cost me over 60.00 over charge took items out of ny cart an put the cashiers drawer 12 dollars short. And talked to me like i was a dog. Inhuman. Proof is on my reciept an i will be going to main headquaters. Unbelievable an her assiocates witnessed in disbelief. Annette over customer service is a disgrace an not an honest employee people watch ya self you could be next

Just a tip…if your looking for Lava soap it’s in the auto section not with all the other soaps and still hard to find. I had to use search on app. A great soap if you have greasy hands.

Love my Mathews Walmart! I can get all my shopping done here and even have nice experience checking out. The stores always clean. You can always find someone eager to help you. The garden area is neat and clean. The grocery department it nice. This Walmart in my opinion is hands down the best in my 60 mile radius! Thank you Mathews Walmart for keeping your standards high!
