After several weeks of not knowing what was going on with my dog she got to where she couldn’t walk and quit eating she was 15 years old lost eye sight and hearing kidneys shut down so I had to put her to sleep.The staff that I dealt with was great in helping me take care of everything plus they gave me a card of her paw print plus I later received a card signed by the staff which shows the amount they care for you I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all

Everyone that works there is absolutely Fantastic!! They are currently caring for our chi-weenie that was attacked and degloved by a pit bull. It's been quite the ordeal and they have gone above and beyond to make her comfortable while providing excellent recovery care. She's in great spirits considering the trauma she suffered and I credit them for that cause of the way they are with her. She's recovering well and I just want to sincerely thank everyone that has helped her through this tough time. I would definitely recommend bringing your pets here for their health care. They also offer many other services including large animal care, that are worth checking into.

Superb excellent truly loving professionals. My best friend's dog is doing 200 times better since his visit. His itching has gone down to a minimum and he actually has energy to play and be a dog again. Would most definitely recommend taking a pet to them and if my cat needs to see a vet that is where she will be going. Can't say enough about how wonderful they were.

We love all the Dr’s here. Reasonably priced. The Dr’s and techs always go above and beyond to assist our 2 huskies with whatever they need. Front desk staff is always helpful. If they don’t know, they will ask and call you back. I love that kind of customer service.

In a time of such pain and loss, the staff and Vet were so kind and just did their best to help us through the process of losing of German Rottweiler Harley. They let us know of all our options and gave us hard but truthful information so we could make the best decision for quality of life for our beloved pet of 8 years. They accommodated us, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 8 grandbabies so we could all come say bye to Harley and show him love all the way up to the end. I would recommend this vet hospital to all. They have the most caring and compassionate and patience of any place I have ever used before.

I called shortly before lunchtime and explained that I felt as tho my tuxedo cat was dying. She turned 18 just last month and had been seen by Dr. Burson is n the past. She passed away shortly after we arrived. They were very kind, and sent me a sympathy card signed by all the employees.

I am so impressed and pleased with Haughton Animal Hospital. Over the last year we've received services five times and have been pleased with every experience. However this last time I had to bring my cat in to be put to sleep. The care, respect for the situation and compassion received was incredible. During a horrible situation they helped guide me through it and I'm very touched by that.

This is where Dr Lauren Feliciano is she’s my sister an amazing doctor. this place does boarding and other things like that they do not do grooming though however they do give the animals lots of care.

Always friendly, and show such care to our fur babies. Only place I and my daughter will take our fur babies. (Update. It has been a year since my Rottweiler Harley was diagnosed with bone cancer. I am thankful for our vet, he told us all the options, everything we could try, then we asked that question. Will he have quality of life? This man looked us straight in the eye and was honest and sincere. He told us how our baby, who was about to turn eight the next week, would be in a great deal of pain and discomfort and there was no guarantee that it would prolong his life even for a few months. So we made the decision to put our baby out of pain. They medicated him to get him out of pain, to give us time to get our two daughters, their husband's and the 8 grands out of school so everyone could tell him good bye. The entire staff made sure we were able to have our baby in a room big enough to hold us all. We loved on Harley and each family member got to say their goodbyes. Then they left the room so my husband and I could be with him through the end. I held his head and looked into his eyes, until the closed and he slumped on my arms. This was one of the hardest days of my life, but the staff showed such compassion, helping us pick out his memory box, with his name and birth day and passing day. I treasure that memory box like it was gold. And I have to say, if you ever have to help your baby go over the rainbow 🌈 Bridge. This is the furbaby hospital to come to. )

Will not take my babies anywhere else. All the docs there are great. Dr Billy Townsend is the bomb. Wonderful care and very helpful. If they recommend something it's not just to sell it. It is definitely what is best for your baby.

The staff are always so friendly and kind. A few weeks ago we had to put down one of our fur babies, and the caring support we recieved from Dr. Julie and her assistants was so heartwarming. When strays pop up in our yard, the staff always welcome us in to do chip checks. Thank you Haughton Animal Hospital for being that crew that makes going to a vet not so intimidating and cold.

Had an emergency where my cat stopped breathing, they did everything they could and then some to provide him with the help he needed. They even came in a few minutes earlier just to check on him the next day! They may be a bit higher in price but the service and care they provide are worth every extra penny!

I have went to Haughton Animal Hospital twice and for both visits it was great service. They made sure my German Shepherd Ava is taken care of every visit. Dr. Townsend is Ava’s vet and he is very good at explaining things especially the vaccine that they are giving Ava. As for the prices, it isn’t really expensive compared to the other animal hospitals I’ve checked out. I highly recommend this place for y’alls puppers and kitties!!

This is the only place I will take my animals!!! They always take care of my babies! Last week I had to take my cat to be put down and the vet tech had built such a relationship with my cat, that they were crying right along with me. They even sent a card that was signed by the whole staff (which may have brought more tears to my eyes), but to me it just shows how much they care for your animals.

My dog wasn't feeling well and wasn't acting like herself. Took her here since my family has cattle and they come out to us. Found out her female parts were messed up and she had to have emergency surgery or she would have died. This was a little over a week ago and now she is back to her old self again. Wouldn't take my pet anywhere else.

Normally I would say 5 star my family brung plenty of pets up there I just left there with my cat he has a swollen ear at first at the end of somtime last year they recommend eradimite which when I came up there I did say he might have ear mites but was never confirmed until today just left today this dude McKenzie or something like that pretty much told me to find an other vet or go to pet smart just to find somthing to wash out his ear I'm not a vet but im pretty sure that's not going to make the swollen go down but what do I know I'm not a vet also on my way out this dude was saying I was scary I just left I didn't want any trouble

Friendly staff and great veterinarians. If you live in Haughton and have animals this is a great place to bring them.I have been coming here for years and I would recommend them to anyone in the Haughton area.
