I was threatened with the police when I brought in my service dog, I even tried showing paperwork and the MANAGER REFUSED TO LOOK. This is how walmart treats 2 veterans for shame. We will never ever visit a Wal-Mart again.

Prescription submitted by my doctor on 03/04 and it was out of stock. No one called to inform of this. No information sent from their automated system. Had to physically go to the store, as they disconnect you if you call.Automated system sent a message on 03/14 stating the prescription would be ready by 03/16. No additional information sent. Went to pickup on 03/17 and was told the medication was not in stock.They billed my insurance for the medication on 03/28. No information was received from a call or the automated system. Went to the store on 04/02, since they billed it must be ready, right? No medication and now I must have my doctor call them and my insurance to clear the charge to have the prescription filled elsewhere.All of our medication will be taken to a professional place of business.

Starting to get a little ridiculous with them not having the size I ordered. Glad I caught the substitution at the pickup. I also told my wife to disable substitutions. Amazingly, if I go in, they always seem to have the larger sizes. The pickers can never seem to find the larger, heavier sizes.

Bush maintenance is important. No one likes an untrimmed bush. Especially when you're pulling out. Trim your bush walmart. Or just get rid of the bush for 5 stars.

No customer service on floor twice. No one to handle returns and no one with liquor cabinet keys. They lock up the liquor because of thieves but I see thieves steal at self check alot

Curbside pickup is a joke. Takes 45 min to an hour after you arrive for them to bring your stuff out. And they offer no customer service.Better off going in and getting it yourself. 10x faster.

For being out in a small town-ish it has pretty much everything that you’ll need for your household grocery needs, and the pharmacy isn’t all that slow in comparison to every other Walmart pharmacy I’ve ever been to this one’s fully stocked also with people who are actually doing jobs efficiently

It's ok when it's ok.Try curbside pick up at your own risk. My order was delayed 2 days in a row. Got the message that the order was ready, waited for almost 2 hours before someone actually came to my car only for it to not be my order! I ended up cancelling once again.

Every time I need help, it has been an attitude or they are out of certain items. When I was putting up groceries, I realized that the meat I bought was expired. I'm going to return it, and I hope they don't give me a hard time.

We live across the street. My family has lived here for over 40 years. I'm 3rd generation. Well my baby sister woke up sick, and wanting icecream with powerade. So my parents just literally ran on foot across the street to Walmart to grab those 2 things. My parents went up to the doors at 10:55 PM. Both doors were locked. The lady running self check out came and said the manger won't allow my parents to enter cause they were closed. My mom told the lady I only need 2 things , and it's 10:55 pm not 11 pm. My mom continued to say ur not closed yet. Well here came some other lady saying we are closed. My mom repeated what she told the first lady. The second lady stated this... no we close at 10:45pm ... my mom told her u know u are lying. I live across the street u close at 11 pm. I have a sick kid and need 2 things. The second lady slide slammed the door and locked it in my moms face. My mom told her through the door that she lives across the street and she will be back tomorrow to talk to a manager. Oh and that her 7 year old sick daughter thanks u r lies!!!To top it off their shelves are never stocked! Check dates on everything u get there. pay attention refresh fruit and veggies they have rot from being in the freezer too long!!!!never have sanitized wipes or hand sanitizer for buggies or customers.

I live a mile away so this is very convenient and where I do 90% of my grocery shopping. Over the last few months I've seen a great improvement in service, with lines being shorter, friendlier and more helpful employees. It seems as though they really care about working there. I don't know if there's been a change in management or anything but my more recent experiences will keep me coming back. Good customer service is a big deal to me.

I appreciate the curbside pickup as it helps my grandparents pickup groceries without having to go inside, which is risky to them during covid. But Walmart could do better by offering paper bags instead of plastic. And when they use plastic, they could put more than one item in the bag to be less wasteful.

Like I said before, cashiers are not nice and friendly.. sorry but it's basically your job to great the customer.. I don't have to speak to you but it's DEFINITELY YOUR JOB TO GREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.... THAT'S PART OF YOUR JOB... BESIDES IT'S NICE TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.... ONLY 2 LADIES AT CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE JUST THE SWEETEST....

Store was a bit of a mess but the employees were all helpful and polite. It was nice not having to be told to wear a mask by people who can't even wear one them selves. Every employee had their mask on and on correctly.

My family goes here if we are coming home and want some general groceries. It's mostly focused on groceries instead of clothing and other things and that is what makes this good. It's really easy to find what you need.

Store was clean and neat. I went about 10pm so there weren't many associates around. Only one register was open, there were 3 people in line waiting for the cashier and she was hiding behind some snacks playing on her phone... pretty irritating when most everyone at that time is just getting last minute things for the next day or something and is ready for bed.

I have mixed feeling about this place. It's convenient, some off the people are really nice. Then you have some of the rudest people to receive a paycheck and trying to return things can be almost impossible. I have actually had them go check multiple times to make sure they sell the product I'm returning that is in their computer.

The place is clean and everything seems to be in its place. It's not cluttered or crowed. I was able to push my cart down every isle without any problem. The staff was friendly and helpful even going out of the way to see that I found what I was looking for. I will go back.

This is a great location for the Neighborhood Market. It is on the way in and out of the Livingston area and centrally located for the people in lower Ascension parish. Never have had any issues at this location and the store is clean and the service is what it needs to be. It is just a great convenience to not go all the way into Gonzales or Baton Rouge to get groceries, snacks or other items I need in a hurry. The Deli is always good.

The cashier I got didn't know what she was doing, my card got declined and she just told me to call my bank, she wouldn't let me try again, then she called me a dude, when I am clearly a female, and when I went to self checkout my card worked perfectly fine.

This Walmart does not keep products in stock and the shelves are always a mess. The produce is frequently rotten. It’s very frustrating when I visit this Walmart because they never have what I need. When I called to speak with the manager about their on going problem a year ago, she apologized and said that she can’t keep anyone employed there so there’s not enough people to stock the shelves when the product comes in.The milk is NEVER pushed to the front. About 2 months ago when I was 9 months pregnant, I was literally climbing the shelf to get my milk. There were employees that I could see behind the milk shelf just chatting and killing time instead of doing their job.It’s worth the drive to go somewhere else.

Friendly service....no long waiting... I've never witnessed any backed up lines at the checkouts....the parking lot is always clean....and both entrances have easy access...the isle's at this particular store, seem wider than most WalMarts that I've shopped at.

Came to the gas station on 8-10 just like I do everyday to get gas and cigarettes and after that I will never be back. I bought cigarettes, a drink, and candy and was getting gas so I told her what kind of cigarettes I wanted, got them and went to my car. I put everything down on my seat then realized she gave me the wrong ones so I brought them right back (ten seconds later) for her to tell me I had to go inside Walmart to trade them out. She told me I SAID I WANTED 100s no no no. So I was HOT and went back to pump my gas. I’m in my car talking to my friend saying I’m never coming back there and this little girl comes up to my car and says, “I’m standing right here” I said good are you going to give me my other pack of cigarettes? She said they couldn’t exchange them inside Walmart either because I brought them to my car. Then she stood there and stared at me with her nostrils flared. You need to talk to your employees about a little respect because you lost my business as well as my husbands. And she was standing at MY car with this attitude looking at me crazy at HER job. I got in my car and left before I got anymore heated. That little girl had NERVE!
