They keep an eye on you as if you are a criminal if you are a person of color. I went to self-checkout, and the elderly white woman there watched me like a hawk. She stood right behind me, making sure I scanned my items, while the white person next to me went on without being stared up and down at by that lady. It would help if they opened up registers! Won’t be back, not a comfortable atmosphere unless you are Caucasian.

Ms. Cynthia at the pharmacy is an absolute dream. She is ALWAYS so kind and helpful and works hard to communicate and help with any questions. Sometimes dealing with the pharmacy and insurance and billing can be so stressful, but she has always helped me out with any question I have had.

They don't know how to keep inventory stocked. Also most of the employees have a bad attitude. Good luck asking for help. Employees that are good are really good though.

Would rate it worse if possible. They have the WORST customer service when it comes to the pharmacy, the store workers don’t do nothing but stare in your face, and they sell bad food. Just terrible.

The Neighborhood Walmart is a place I shop regularly. For one the prices are fair and the store is always clean. The only problem I have sometimes with it , is the checkout. They always have a line for people paying with cash . Just set all the registers up to accept cash. It don’t make no sense. Well I’m sure it does to them in the office when they counting everything down at night but to me it don’t. I mean we already checking our own self out . The least they could do is make it a little easier

This shopping trip the store was well stocked & clean We had to maneuver each aisle around buggies blocking full of boxes but in order to stock shelves( they seem short on stock people) Arrived approx 1 hr til closing Tues 10/25 . The Manager (a woman ) was really fantastic. We were late getting our few items to the front & had a problem with one of the self checkout transactions.In a world where few care about good customer service anymore this Pro was 5's. I wish I had gotten her name. "THANK YOU" for your courteous help, your polite manner & just overall KIND & TRULY PROFESSIONALISM.

Had to go to the Rouses next door because they were out of most the things I needed...that's a shame. This place is unacceptable disgusting and dirty! Gross. Management needs to get ahold on the cleanliness of this place.

I had my 5-year-old and my 10-month-old in the cart and I managed to forget my wallet. I didn't realize it until after I had rung up all my items. The sales associate let me run out to my car and was very courteous.

It's always easy to shop. Only wish they would at least keep 1 full checkout open. When I do a big shop. I don't feel like scanning and bagging

The line was long, and there was only one cashier who was really a helper. They had like 10 kiosks but the line was unmanageable. And they took jobs away to replace with these machines. The staff are helpful, mostly. The store has wifi. I upgraded them to a 3 star. Not good, not bad, middle of the road.

We have this great tool with Google for businesses to let their customers know when their store is open. A business owner can literally update this faster than they can update the sign on their door. Would be nice if even one of the managers would have thought to update their hours. 9/8/2021Update 9/9/2021: They don't update the sign on the door either. It's posted that they close at 11, but closed today at 7pm. (They sell posters, sharpies and tape... So it is possible to post this info, and Google is still free to update.)

I wont be coming to this walmart again, waited 15 mins in the self-checkout line, just for the lady to tell me I had to go to the regular line to use cash to pay. Waited another 15 mins at the regular line, because they only had 2 registers open!! Get up to the cashier and after she scanned my item she told me she doesn’t take cash either!!! Keep in mind i just waited 30 mins to not even be able to buy 1 thing!!!

The service has been good, but the selection at Neighborhood Markets is usually too limited. For example - this one doesn't even sell Great Value pepperoni (which happens to be excellent AND inexpensive), but does sell higher-priced "brand" names. It's still a great place for your "bread, eggs, milk" type basic groceries, though. I just wish they had a better selection.

So far so good. They seem to have many of the items we regularly purchase and the prices are not any higher. Love the larger self checkouts where you have the space to unload your buggy and then enough space to bag it all before loading it back up into the buggy.

I visit this location pretty often being it is close to my house. I never had a bad visit. All the workers are always so nice and helpful. Always have what I need

The manager for the grocery pick-up Mrs. Dee is a great person and very helpful if you have an issue. I love the delivery to my door. can't get any better.

I'm not a big fan of Walmart, but the new Neighborhood Walmart is a little different. It is much smaller and much more organized. The people seem friendlier as well. We started using the pharmacy after they opened. The pharmacy crew recognizes us and greets us by name. I actually like this store.

Unfortunately this review is not a good one. It's obvious not many managers or any work the night shift. I was at the store today along with my daughters. Finish shopping I approach one of the register, 3 girls was standing around talking, none of which greeted or attempted to greet, so I spoke and they just stood and stared. I just looked at all 3 because I thought it was rude. The cashier never acknowledge me she turned her back on me and never attempted to scan anything.. A guy came from behind me and handed her some milk. He said I'm sorry I didn't know she was waiting on me. I said not your fault because the cashier never told me someone was before me. After all that she still did not say anything, and the other workers just started to giggle and they walked off when she scanned my items.. I called the store to speak with management and I got hung up on 4 times. So I will go back tomorrow to speak with management and call the corporate office.. If you don't like your job Quit..

Terrible pharmacy service. Absolutely no consistency with refill protocol. Instead of providing a solution they argue with you. Hopefully this review will grab their attention to stop refilling my medication without my approval. I can’t even switch pharmacies because they continually cause issues for me.

I love this smaller version of walmart. Smaller parking lot makes it easy. They didn't have any cashiers working, so I had to use the go and scan. I had some wine, and had to wait for someone to clear it, but they we're quick to get to me. Clean and convenient.

It's a good place to shop, the lay out of the store is great but there customer service desk is not so good. The staff if rude and unsure about what it is there supposed to be doing there. On the order and cleanliness of the store is perfect. Shelves are always stocked to the front and the store and restrooms are always clean.

We went to the neighborhood Walmart on airline and duplesies. At checkout we ended up in the credit card only line. No sign and no cash back sign either. I needed to get cash back and the cashier was rude all because I asked for cash back. She walked over to the customer service counter and the employee their yelled didn't you tell her no cash. The cashier stated yes and they both walked to the back to get my cash. Why didn't the register have cash in it? Why is customer service so hard? I will not shop at a Walmart again.

Yesterday was interesting picking up our groceries...we got home and had half of what we ordered and someone else's groceries. So I bagged up their groceries, drove back over in the horrendous weather, and went in to explain what happened. A very nice boy, Quavon helped us. He was the ONLY saving grace. This isn't the first time we have had issues with getting our groceries right...but this is the first time posting. Will most likely shop elsewhere.

I’ve started only getting “take-out” at Walmart / Neighborhood Market nowadays! And, I love it. Pull up, select your space # and the color of your vehicle and they bring it out to you ASAP. I’ve picked some up at peak times, but the wait has never been unreasonable.

Staff was very helpful and asked if I needed help several times. The one time I did need help she walked me to exactly where the item was. Not just giving me the "Its on aisle 3". They even opened a register to check me out instead of making me use the self checkout. Very impressed.

Worst pharmacy I've used. With the exception of Courtney, the staff all are rude and act like they HATE their jobs and people in general. I have had an issue with every prescription I have tried to fill there in the past few months. I get the same med filled every month and its never an easy process. Something is very wrong when you have to start a refill process two weeks in advance to get the meds before you run out. And my doctor's office says this pharmacy is "difficult to work with". I called to check if they received the voicemail from the doctor's office from yesterday and was told very rudely "I didnt work yesterday". If I could give them zero stars, I would. They are rude and unprofessional and in general just don't care. This opinion has been formed over the past several months, not a one-time incident. I have also filed a complaint with corporate on this pharmacy.

Store is clean with good selection. Easier to get in and out than going to super store. Only complaint is I bought yogurt from there, when I got home I realized it was over a week expired. Will always check expiration dates from now on.
