The absolute worst pharmacy department ever. I am still waiting on much needed medication that I take on a daily basis. I have been trying to get since 12/12/23 and still nothing but excuses. This has happened on 4 different medications. The staff lies about why they haven't filled medications and my copays are never correct amounts either. They always try to overcharge me and I have to call them out on it every time. Makes me wonder what is going on with Walgreens. I am transferring every one of my medications TODAY. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am literally so sick from not having my medications and have missed work. This is unacceptable!!!

I enjoy going to Walgreens for Rx, photos, toiletries, food and gifts. The ladies are very nice from the moment you enter until you go out the door. They are very courteousI went in for covid shot and to create a photo book

If you don't like your job, quit. Don't take it out onto customers.Update: You especially should not say "Uh uh, NO!" to a customer because they walked up to the register you were at but you don't want to use. I am not a dog.

OMG!!! Best customer service I received from TK over the phone. Extremely professional. You could hear it in her voice, not just “doing her job”. She called another store location to see if they had the medication and called me back in less than 5 minutes.Walgreens needs to hire more people like TK and allow her to train new employees with her professional skills and position attitude. Keep it up TK.Thanks again TKTracey Rogers

My doctor called in prescriptions two hours before we arrived. They hadn't even checked voice-mail. I get staffing issues these days and customer service is a challenge. However, telling someone they aren't the only customer and not even apologizing for the delay in checking voice-mail is far from a professional way to handle anything. Don't make excuses, just apologize for any delays or failures to check Dr's voice-mailss and tell the customer you will make them a priority. Also, an employee threatening to call the police because someone quietly voiced displeasure with servic? I made it a point to talk quietly and calmly so other patrons would not hear or know what I was saying. Many years of coming here and very sad to see this.

Picked up half my prescription today was suppose to have 2 medications. The women at the window didn't even say one moment before she walked off took few minutes finally comes back didn't ask for any insurance update since I haven't used them in 6 years I didn't even remember my address at the time because it was 6 years ago that I used this Walgreens. She was extremely rude finally after telling my name, date of birth, confirming my phone number she told me the address it was and rudely told me im supposed to change when i move when I said I hadn't been there in a long while. Didn't even tell me I only was getting 1 prescription at the time either.

Specific to the pharmacy, despite being very busy and late in their shift, the pharmacy staff were very friendly and helpful and worked very quickly to get me what I needed.

As soon as I enter This store I am reminded of how much I've always enjoyed some time spent here shopping. There are so many different brands of Cosmetics to choose from. Then there are all the other beauty products like Dry Shampoo hair spray, Lotions & teeth whiteness. There's also a toy section I would pickup a small gift for my great nieces here. My favorite section is the As Seen On TV. Items like the copper brownie pan, the stretch water hose & stuff seen on tv to groom your pets easier as well. There's the stationary isle w/beautiful cards, markers, adult coloring books & much more. While there I can grab that gallon of milk needed for home or a new wall plug for my cell phone charger. And my favorite thing about Walgreens is all of that is right there all around you. You don't have to walk a warehouse to get the items you need. Fast checkout & even The Walgreens Card that rewards you & saves you money as your purchases are scanned. Don't forget it's a pharmacy ! It's a win win situation.

When I call the pharmacy I usually get the run around where I am placed on hold, the phone gets picked up, placed back on hold, then picked up again and either placed back on hold or hung up on.There is never a time where it doesn't sound like I am the biggest inconvenience to them, unless I am there in person.

Blonde female pharmacist is sooooo rude. Can’t admit to her own mistakes so she would rather slam the window in a customers face with lots of eye rolling. Zero stars would be more accurate

Every time I pass by or try to get a prescription filled there is a line of 4+ cars. This time there are only 2 cars in front of me, but I have been waiting for more than 15 minutes. There needs to be a better system, of all of the Walgreens that I have used this one consistently has the longest wait times.

Made the HUGE mistake of leaving cvs to do business with them because they are closer to my home, but BIG mistake. Terrible customer service!!! Takes too long to fill prescriptions and won't let another adult drop your prescription off to be filled, but they can pick it up for you using their ID. Never, ever had good experience with Walgreens pharmacy over two states now and several cities; they are all the same. CVS is just a little further down the road, and has never been out of any prescription I've tried to fill, is quick, and their customer service is great!

Pretty terrible at the pharmacy. I tried to get my life and death meds several times and because the birth year on license is different by 1 year 1956-1957 they refuse to fill are they make me beg for it. They are prejudice.

I am editing my review. After some time away, I gave them another shot. I have gotten my prescription filled a few times here and have had good service.Original review march 2017: bad customer service in the pharmacy.

Waited in line in drive through for over 40 minutes with only 2 people in front of me... and not the first time I've had this problem. I would go in but I have a sleeping infant in the car. They need to speed up their prescription filling process.

I went to pick up my medicine at the walgreens that i have been getting it at for months and they now tell me they don’t take coupons for my type of medicine and they consider good rx,a coupon. i asked to speak with the manger and she tells me they have not taken that for over a year now and i told her i have been getting it filled here for months now. They said sorry. My girlfriend had a simulator situation with them also so she goes to the one a few miles down the road, so i called that store and they take good rx. I asked them if they could send my prescription to that walgreens and they said no because it was emailed that the doctor had to send it to the other walgreens. Their commercials use to run that no matter where you were they could send your prescription the pharmacy you needed it to go to. So much for this particular Walgreens living up to anything Walgreens advertises. It is like they are not even part of Walgreens and they do what they want. I wish I had another pharmacy closer to me I would use them for sure.

I've had issues with this particular Walgreens for a very long time since the beginning of my pregnancy until now postpartum they can never seem to see one person in a timely fashion they take their time,they're not helpful. I've waited in the Drive-Thru to pick up one prescription and have sat there for almost an hour with four cars of head of me after lunch rush. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

never answer their phones when trying to call to check on inventory or prices. every time I go there something I buy was marked at the wrong price. they just lost 4 flu shot sales because of not answering their phone to cvs. I wanted to help children who couldn't afford shots , sorry children that walgreens won't answer their phones EVER.

Worst pharmacy in town. People are rude and waiting more than 20 minutes every time I go pick up prescriptions is ridiculous. If they are that short handed hire more staff.

Not only does it not have a Chase ATM at this location, but they have a USAA one which probably less than 10% of people in the area bank with. Foolish execution of business.
