While I have actually had any service performed by them (mainly because my bike is a metric bike, and they specialize in American bikes), the owner was kind enough to refer me to a local gentleman who did work on metric cycles. I can't speak highly enough about the person that they recommended to me. And when a company refers you to someone else, and that person does an outstanding job, it really reflects well on the company that did the recommending. If I had an American bike, I would definitely be bringing it to Road Dawg Customs.

If u need something done right you should definitely check out these guys I don't allow anyone else to work on my motorcycle.

Road Dawg Custom is off the chain! They are hands down the best bike shop in Southern Louisiana. I took my Harley Ultra Classic in to have some custom work done and they exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by Robert (Owner) and Will (Parts Manager). We discussed options and a plan for what I wanted done and they made the process seamless. Robert and his wife are people of great integrity and have created a very clean and professional environment. They I kept me informed every step of the process and addressed any concerns I had. If you want any work done on your bike this is definitely the place to go. The prices are very competitive and the work they put out is incredible!

I received OUTSTANDING service for my 1k on my 2022 HD Street Glide Special. I called in advance to find out a good time to bring the bike. They were able to get me right in. I rode the bike over. Was greeted by Will outside. My bike was on the lift within 5 minutes. They quickly did the work and even wiped my bike clean. Owner even gave me a tour of the shop and told me done history of how he came to be his own small business owner. I had a great experience at Road Dawgs and it will be my go-to place for service.

Every aspect of my experience was flawless. I dropped my bike off and the next day I received a call and had a diagnosis. Will communicated the problem, the parts it would take to repair the bike, and the labor charge in which I was pleased with the price. The bike was repaired in a timely manner and they even waited after hours for me to pick the bike up due to me getting off of work late. I am now a loyal customer and my bike will only be taken to Road Dawg Customs from here on out!!!!!

Stop over paying for motorcycle repair. Hubby wanted a stage one done on his road glide. He called set up an appointment. We showed up and the owner himself came out talked to us. He jumped right on to my husbands bike. He even was able to spot damage to the manifold. He brought us back into the garage showed us and then walked with us to purchase a new one. He was finish the next day. Bike runs great. His wife also works there and she is a sweetheart. Definitely worth the drive. We’ll go back for any work I need done on my motorcycle.
