Rude. Poor communication. They withhold the truth. We don't need pharmacies playing God with our medications. Doctors are the ones who call the shots. So disappointed as they came highly recommended.

I have been using Prairieville pharmacy for about 10 years and would not go anywhere else. I moved to Baton Rouge but still take that extra drive because of the great service and staff. Just wanted to tell the pharmacy thank you for making me feel welcomed!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain my prescription to me and answer all of my questions. They also filled my prescription quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy, especially since I was on a tight schedule.

I sent my prescription to this pharmacy after calling to make sure they could fill it. They told me I needed a none narcotic medicine to go with my other meds. I have lupus so I have alot of meds to be filled monthly. After a week and a half of waiting they told me they will not be filling my meds. Really horrible experience!!

After waiting all day and playing phone tag with CVS for a prescription on back order the pediatrician called in the prescription to Praireville pharmacy. I had the prescription in my hand in 30 minutes! Very friendly and helpful staff! I'll be using them from now on!

Staff is always very rude. I have been trying to refill my son’s medication and when I call to see if it is in stock they are very short with me. I don’t like calling to check in but I don’t have a choice.

Went there today after dealing with the CVS on 42 who told me a 4-5 hour wait. The awesome folks at Prairieville Pharmacy filled my prescription in less than 3 minutes including time it took to load me into their system as a new customer! Amazing service I will be sending everything there for my family!

Great pharmacy to deal with! They have more than the average pharmacy and rarely have to order anything in because they didn’t already stock it. Even when my dosage changes, they have 99.9% of whatever I’ve needed, whatever the dosage. I can’t say I don’t use other pharmacies since I travel for business. I MUST use larger chain stores for certain prescriptions that I may need refilled while out of town on extended assignments. I can say they’re always my first choice. I started using them when another pharmacy I’d used nearly exclusively for 20 years couldn’t or wouldn’t order a new drug my doctor had recommended I try. Although it wasn’t anything out of the norm for them, they made me feel like I was their most important customer. Thanks!Update: this is still my first choice in pharmacies! Still have the best and friendliest staff around. Still have the majority of drugs in stock. Their 3-Lane drive-thru works to get you and your prescriptions together, ready to get you on your way to feeling better. Still #1!

I love this pharmacy! I use to go to a big name pharmacy but it always took a long time for my prescription to be ready. Also trying to get a hold of the pharmacy was so hard and I always had to wait on hold. At Prairieville pharmacy they are so quick getting your prescription filled and so easy to get a hold of. Also if you need something they don't have there they are so fast to get it in for you. They are so nice up there. No matter how many times I have to call about some new prescriptions I need they are always so nice!

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. They fill the prescriptions so quickly, text you when it is ready and always seem to find coupons for my medicines. They have the best gifts in their boutique gift shop! The drive-through makes it so much easier when I’m in a rash or the kids are sick. They will even grab something off of the shelf for you to purchase through the drive-through. The owner is always there and is super friendly as well as the staff.

This pharmacy refused to fill a legitimate prescription from my doctor because the medication was in short supply. They wouldn't fill it so that their regular customers could have availability when they needed itPerhaps this is legal for a small private pharmacy to dictate who they think should have medications, but it is certainly not friendly and customer service oriented like their recorded greeting says they areWill never go here for a prescription again - Not real nice!Never even got to the point where I could furnish the prescription because you refused to even discuss filling itI was simply calling to see if you had them in stockYou had your assistant tell me you wouldn't fill it because you were saving for your 'regular customers'And your comment about 'hmmm' suggests you think it is fake and you're dead wrong about that sir - very unprofessional of youAnd truthfully, what you did there is the reason why I and others go to a chain like CVS - they don't draw judgemental conclusions without knowing factsAND One more thing - did your assistant tell you the prescription was already at CVS? They were out and weren't sure when they would be replenishedIf you really cared about good customer service you could at least have asked me to furnish it instead of now insinuating it is fake

I called 2 pharmacies looking for Tamiflu before I contacted Prairieville Pharmacy. Not only did they have it they had it ready 5 minutes after I arrived. I had never been there so I was worried about the wait time with entering my insurance and such. They were so friendly and helpful! I am totally switching pharmacies!

This is an EXCELLENT pharmacy! I’d struggled at another pharmacy bc they never seemed to have my prescription in stock. This place ALWAYS has whatever I need, is super friendly, and amazingly fast. I live in denham Springs and drive the 35 minutes to this pharmacy every time I need a prescription filled. They are THAT good. Keep up the good work!

Make certain if you have a one month perscriptcion that you pick up all at once. If you get only a third of them as I did, and you travel doing construction, you will not be able to pick up the remainder to take with you out of town. They think its a week to week perscription and will tell you you are not due yet. I know how many to take and do not abuse them. I could understand if I was issued a three month supply and its not next month yet. Plus they charge me $9 each. I'm uses to paying less than $6 each.
