I'm not sure what Era most of the reviews for this pharmacy come from; pre-covid or post-covid, but my experience with this pharmacy was absolutely top notch. I guess it's true that you have not because you ask not. My son's Dr made a blunder with hi prescription and it was 5 days before the ladies at CVS fixed it.At first it was business as usual, "nothing for you... nope nothing called in .." etc However, my son has to have his meds to work and went to the technician, Renee, who started working on it after hearing what happened. She and the pharmacist, Misty(?) worked on it for 2 hours until they were confident he'd have his prescription that next morning, due to a PA needed at the close of business day Wednesday. Thursday morning I had his prescription in hand and Friday morning he was back to work.I'd give em 10 stars if I could, by how they took care of my son.Thanks ladies, Ms Angela

Arrived to pick up my script during a very busy time; the drive thru was closed due to staffing shortage (the whole world is short staffed) so I went inside. I was starving so I was a bit anxious when I saw there were already 5 people in line, the person at counter had an issue, plus it was just the pharmacist and 1 tech working.The tech was so kind to each person when it was their turn and she actually addressed those of us waiting saying sorry for the wait and that she would be with us shortly. This certainly had a positive effect because everyone waiting was understanding and patient.Once it was my turn, I was out in less than 6 minutes.Great job pharmacist and tech! Thanks for excellent customer service.

CVS Airline Hwy - took a week to order and fill a doctor call-in. Asked why and was told "at least you have it now."

If you are having a bad day, you cannot bring it to work. Especially if you work in retail or with the public. I was not sure if I needed to provide my insurance cards or CVS card to the lady at the pharmacy but she was rude with her response. A sufficient "no ma'am we have it on file" or verifying the insurance with me would have been great but she just clipped me short, no I just need payment. I could not hear the total, she was rude repeating that as well.

The lady in drive thru pharmacy window was veryyyy rude like attitude before I could tell her my name & im a very nice person I didn’t understand. But I usually don’t pay ppl like that no MIND AT ALL but she was just distasteful maybe she needs a break but I will not be back

The worst!!! I constantly have prescriptions in progress. When do they completed them? I show up after using the app and setting q time 3 hours in the future and they still aren't ready!!! Its 3 days now w/o my medicine. I have to find another pharmacy ASAP.

Service was terrible. After standing at counter for 10 mins finally got someone's attention only to tell me they couldn't fill my prescription.
