I have had only one bad incident there. I go there a few times wkly. so I consider that to be excellent service. I am disabled and most of the employees go out of their way to help me. One in particular, whose name I can't recall is like an Angel. Her name begins with a D and she's very tall and slender. If I forgot an item she will run back to get it for me. Because of my disability, this is the only store I shop at. It's a pleasure to go there! Oh, don't like that when the store runs out of a product it takes forever to come in. Keep up the good work!

Today is 03/28/2020. I went in to purchase cleaning supplies. The Mr clean box was tagged at 2/5.00. I asked Cabrina to price check to make sure because the bar code differed from what was on the box. She stated that the box indicated 10/2019 and that may have been the price at that time. I asked if she could check with someone and she stated that she didn't need to speak with anyone else. That was the price and she couldn't change it. I don't agree with her standards of satisfying their customers. Therefore, I will not be patronizing their store anymore.

For some reason it seems to me that these Dollar General Store need to hire Stocking crews to stock their shelves. They are losing so much money when they have inventory in boxes and one of each kind of hand soap on the shelves. I visited 2 Dollar General Stores In my area last week one was stocked fairly well the one nearest to my home was ridiculous. There were full carts of inventory all the way down the back aisle. If I were the manager there that would never happen. I told my son to go apply for Management position. He has 10 + years in retail and he talks about how they need to tighten up their crew over there because they are losing so much money. I gave them a 3 because I would rate the one nearest me a 2 and the other a 4.

The employee are not stocking all of the Lysol disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes. They are keeping it for themselves so when the customers go to buy Lysol disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes there are none on the shelves. I understand there is high demand but they are keeping the Lysol disinfectant products for themselves- the employees instead waiting until they clock out after work and purchases these products like a customer. If I go in the general store in Port Barre when the truck comes in on Thursday, I ask the workers when will they stock Lysol Disinfectant Spray and wipes shelves. The workers will lie to me when they are going to but the items on the shelf to make sure when I come back there are none on the shelves. The General Dollar store workers are not putting all the Lysol disinfectant sprays and wipes on the shelf for the customers to buy because the general dollar store workers are taking most of Lysol disinfectant sprays and wipes for themselves. Also, at the General Dollar store if a customer ask a General Dollar Store worker/cashier if they have any Lysol Disinfectant spray, they look at you as if you curse them out that’s how bad it is because theywant all the Lysol disinfectant spray and wipes for themselves and their family that comes on truck on Thursdays.

The manager helped me find my granddaughter shoes early on 8 /11/18 cashiering, unpacking products and placing them on shelves. I thought for a minute she might be wonder woman .lol the entire time she was pleasant and smiling. I will always recommend Dollar General as my favorite store. This is the Dollar General in Kaufman Texas located on mullberry street. I believe the Assistant Manager is Colleen. She is the best.

Very disappointed in how this store is being ran now. Went in a few minutes had at least 6 customers in line and 2 cashier at the register talking asked to get price on an item and was told to go wait in line. I think I'll use the FAMILY Dollar from now on with emergency items. And SHOP the Opelousas Dollar General when I need to shop.

Had a can of red bull fall onto my head and they were.very rude. Didnt even offer me ice and it had cut my head twice and i had a headache so badly for three days and i had to let my 15 year old drive me home because i couldnt see well.
