Very good customer service a down home hardware store with first class service you won't find at the major chains. Employees are always there to help and friendly and will help you find anything you need. Whenever I'm in Port Allen and need something from a hardware I take my business there. Pretty good selection of things you would need related to hardware and the customer service is first class. Highly recommended. Excellent place

Convenient to downtown Baton Rouge, a quick trip across the river, they are well stocked.A hardware store where you can get real help! Donnie is also a locksmith and can take care of special needs in that area.

Great Locally Owned and Operated Hardware Store. Every time I stop in I am greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Prices are fair and in most cases better than most big box stores. Donnie (the owner) keeps a wide selection and if he doesn’t have it, can get it for you or help you locate it somewhere. A+ service and selection. Support Local Business!

I visit this place at least once a week for random odds and ends, depending on what project is at hand. The staff is very helpful. There have been several instances where I was having trouble figuring out how to achieve a specific outcome and the guys there spent the time to help me figure out ways to make it happen.Great small town hardware store with small town hospitality.

I go there often and have always recieved great customer service. There is years of knowledge of the products they carry. Its also one of the only places ive found. You can still buy an old fashioned drip coffee pot.
