Shipping live animals is HARD. Even when the company does everything right, things can happen with the different courier services, not to mention adverse weather they may encounter along the way. However, this company guarantees their animals, and they make things right, even when things go wrong. They also have REAL HUMANS that answer the phone promptly during business hours. Great job! You will have my continued support.PS the orange cube things for the crickets are great, they love them!

Thank you Fluker Farms!!! I ordered 1000 five week crickets and post office delivered two days later (Friday). I opened and fed as directed, but noticed a bunch dead.Got with customer service on Monday when they reopened, sent them pics of what I had and they put another order in the mail for me fast. Got them Wednesday, very lively and ready to go fishing...lolI believe the post office might have had a little to do with the dead crickets...IDK...but Fluker Farms made it all good! I will recommend and use you for all my cricket needs.Thanks againMike

I currently own a pet store and flukers is my only go to the crickets last for ever super healthy and the supers are loaded and beautiful and my customers love the products 💕 and I definitely will not order from anyone else shipments always on time and in perfect condition and I absolutely love the wonderful customer service family owned and we are big supporters thank you flukers!!!! Simply the best I have gotten fruit Flys ,supers, meal worms,blue horned worms ,wax worms ,black fly larva,and dubias all 💯 % satisfied when received them

I’ve been using flukers for a few months now. The last order of crickets I received was delayed. When I called to find out what was going on they answered right away and were very helpful. When my order did finally over half my box of 1000 was dead. When I called they again answered right away and offer to send a replacement immediately. I’m absolutely pleased with their customer sevice and their products.

ordered superworms on Monday, they were supposed to arrive within 2-3 days. They were late, didn’t arrive until Saturday, and they were all dead. However, when i reached out to flukers and told them about the problem, they did send another order of 200 superworms for free. They arrived alive & well and were not late. i would probably order from them again.

Not only did my "next day air" package show up 4 days later, but the thousands of crickets and the hissing roaches I paid for can't survive our weather conditions for long which is why I ordered them NEXT DAY AIR. Still waiting to here back from fluker on whether they're sending more for free now? Or if they're just gonna refund me? Or just rip me off? Who knows. But this is the last time I deal with this company as it's definitely not the first time this has happened. This has happened several times already before which is why I already hadnt used them for years.Steer clear of fluker farms if you want then to arrive alive and you're not a pet store that spends ten thousand a month there.

Was excited when I first began using this service because it saved me a taxi to the reptile store as I don’t drive. They claimed to deliver right to your door. First order of 1000 super worms had no issue so I doubled my subscription to twice monthly as my chickens love them. Second order about 100 came dead. Company refunded $5. Okay cool, would rather have the 100 on my next order but whatever. Next few orders were fantastic. Delivered right to my door without issue even though outside temps were 110 and higher and 99 percent of worms were alive.Then an order was made that they delivered to the post instead of my door. Emailed the company and they said it’s my responsibility to go to the post and get my product. Sorry, not happening. Didn’t pay $30 to have it shipped to my door just have them delivered to the post office, just for me to pay another $30 in cab fare to get them. When shipping is MORE than the product maybe you should ensure it gets to the shipping address or take ownership of the error when it doesn’t.Emailed the company and the response from Jackie P. was to play the victim and blame me for product sitting at the post being “wasted” and that she refuses to reissue the order and that I need to find a way to go get them from the post. This is unacceptable and not how customer service should be handled.Save yourself money and find another company to buy from, this one doesn’t care about anything other than making their money.

We had ordered from them a couple of times back in 2021 during the pandemic. Out of all of our orders, less than 10% of the crickets arrived alive and all died within 2 days. When we asked for a refund after being told they would not ship without us paying for shipping again, I was told they would "do it this one time, but not again because it isn't our responsibility". Obviously I declined because I refuse to support a business with that mindset, and ordered elsewhere.With it being two years since that incident and seeing reviews looked more positive on Google and their site, I decided to try again. We ordered 100 three week old crickets and it took over a week for them to arrive. My order was on hold "processing" for five days after they had already taken my money and they did not send an email with tracking information until today--after the crickets had already been delivered.When we opened them, all but maybe 20 were dead. I contacted USPS, which was the only option available to me when selecting shipping, to find that they had also only just received it and it had been sent out this morning. So my order was sitting at Fluker's for several days without access to food or water in hot conditions. I'm not asking for a review this time as, after checking Yelp, which I should have to begin with, apparently all they do is argue with you for hours to only offer a partial refund or demand you pay for expedited shipping. Just order somewhere else.

I ordered a fruit fly culture for my little jumping spider and I'm so pleased with what I received. There are so many flies (especially compared to what I got at my local pet store) and it only took 3 days from the time I placed the order till they showed up in my mailbox. Will definitely order again.

They are the best at what they do. Very fast at getting issues resolved and fast at getting your order out. Definitely recommend them for all your feeder insect purchases.

I have ordered super worms three times horn worms once and solder larva once. I have had no issues. All feeder insects have arrived on time and living. Their prices are really good for the amount you get. I will be using this company for all my reptile feeding needs. I see a bunch of bad reviews but it seems most of them are pointed to the crickets. I just purchased 250 crickets so we will see how accurate these bad reviews are, or if they are the petty ramblings of people wanting free stuff. I personally really like this company and I will say it again I will be using them for my many many reptiles.Edit to above review:As I stated I am giving another review based on my order that just came in 10 minutes ago. Super worms came in great looks like the 3-4 past orders I have made. The crickets on the otherhand. I am not counting them but I ordered 250, now a few was dead (to be expected, they are crickets after all) but I really doubt there is 250 in there. If there is I am sorry but I just do not see it. Maybe 100-150 give or take. Now again they are crickets so they could have ate each other. But with that being said and because this is my first cricket order I will not be changing my score as one mistake does not outweigh all the positive experience I have had with this company. But we will see with the next order.

I ordered fruit flies 5 cultures and 250 3/16 crickets. Priority overnight. it took the package to arrive 3 days later. Everything was dead. I called them up nice they send me a refund, but then they let the fedex carrier come back to our house to get the package back that was already opened to see whether s.th is alive. I will never buy from them. Also the culture they offer are too expensive for what you get

I've had a weekly subscription of crickets since March. From that subscription I've had to request 5 refunds (5 weeks worth) due to receiving dead crickets. I've had an entire container of dead crickets; over half a container of dead crickets; inside the container wet but the outside shows no water contact; etc. The weather also has not been cold enough. Customer service suggests using a "faster" shipping method but then I'd be paying more compared to just driving over the PetSmart, which is what I'll be doing from now on. At least at PetSmart the crickets are alive.

These morons have an option to hold your package at the post office that I selected at checkout, but they are so stupid they didn't even do it! What is the point of giving us that option if you don't honor it?! If my live feeders die or get taken I will be filing fraud charges and taking legal action to the absolute maximum allowed because they are so stupid they don't get a chance! If you can't respect me then you get none in return!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Single orders are ok, but recurring orders become more and more problematic as time goes on. I’ve received orders of mostly dead crickets or ridiculously short on the number of crickets altogether. This order was supposed to be 250 crickets. I got 53. All dead. Find a different supplier.

I live and North Carolina and recently every single pet store has been out of insects / worms for bearded dragons .. so I chose to outsource online. Im thrilled I chose to do this! Every single insect came alive and within 2 days. The horn worms are huge and healthy all the crickets are perfect!! I can’t thank you all enough and now I’m never buying food for my pet from petsmart again!

From order to shipment everything was perfect. The website was easy to use and I received my shipment in record time. The packaging was very well done. Some of the competitors shipped them in a padded bag where Flukers shipped them in a hole punched container (pictured) inside of a hole punched box. Even though the shipment was across the nation every one of the live specimens were exactly that alive. I did have one small issue with my order which was NOT the fault of the Flukers Cricket Farm but was still rectified extremely fast by their very helpful staff.I would highly recommend Fluker's Cricket Farm and will use them again.

Tried them instead of my usual company because shipping was cheaper, but I found out why: they don't box the crickets with any kind of heat. The box had screen sides open to the Wisconsin winter air! Most of the larger crickets survived the trip, but half of the small ones were dead. I read that they are great about sending replacements, but I probably won't order from them again.

Customer service from Fluker's has always been great! Any issues I've experienced have been obvious shipping issues from USPS etc. I now order larger quantities and what I save by buying in bulk I spend on shipping so it equals out : ) Keep in mind that the companies we order from can't help how well the carriers treat our packages. Fluker's employees don't (and obviously can't) watch our shipments of live insects from the time it leaves their warehouse all the way until it reaches your home.

I have this rating because every time here in the last few months I've tried to order the website freezes and I can't order. Last time I called to order. The worms I've gotten are amazing. My beardie loves them. If the website worked it would be 5 stars.

I have been ordering crickets from them several times now and I have been very impressed. They arrive fast and are lively. I love the auto ship option also as many don't offer this option. These are for my tree frogs who I love to spoil.

They are the best in the business. I never have a bad experience with them best superwoms, best mealworms, best house crickets (wish they'd switch to banded), best hissers too. Choose your ship method carefully. They offer USPS but that's not a great option most of the year. It's amazing they actually sometimes reship DOAs that came via USPS. USPS has been totally gutted by dirty industy-funded legislation to destroy it so that it can be privatized, it's terrible for our country but you got no real choice anymore when shipping live animals - FedEx or UPS are your best options.

I wouldn’t even give them half a star. Please don’t waste your money, support your local pet shops instead. Takes weeks to arrive, all but about 6/100 we’re dead. Way to starve animals
