The pharmacy staff members are literally horrible. You’re constantly being hung up on, when you go to the pharmacy to ask to speak to the pharmacist, the girl who hung up on you several times (before even saying who you were) jumps out saying “and what you want me to do about it?”It’s time to watch the cameras and get some classy, respectful employees who actually want to work. Not sit at the counter playing on their phones and hang up on customers

Don’t waste your time at this location. Pharmacy staff were rude to me on the phone when trying to locate a prescription that was sent over. The person I was talking to proceeded to hang up on me. Pharmacy needs an attitude adjustment.

THIS WALGREENS COMES INTO SECOND PLACE NEXT TO COLLEGE DRIVE IN BATON ROUGE ON WORST PHARMACY ! They keep customers on hold for over an hour then hang up on you. STAFF NOR PHARMACIST TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LACK OF EFFORT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Both pharmacist are horrible. The techs working in the pharmacy are ALWAYS RUDE . Very very unprofessional and have no sense of compassion AT ALL. I’m so sick of how people act in their professions. No one cares anymore and it’s exhausting.WALGREENS GET IT TOGETHER WITH TRAINING YOUR ASSOCIATES BECAUSE THEY ARE RUDE. AND I WAS POLITE TO EVERYONE BUT I ASSUME THEY THINK ITS OK TO WALK ALL OVER NICE PEOPLE.

I was there at 8 am first thing in the morning. There are three people behind the counter. The lady that helped me was very rude !!! She told me my wait would be an hour and a half with no one else here waiting or outside in line cause she had other things to do!!!

Stopped by, on my way to work, to get pictures from my USB when I encounters a counter woman named Tina (probably lied about her name), working the front. She had a rude, nasty attitude and barely listened to my concern or questions in regards to retrieving pictures from my USB for printing. The machine was down, so she attempted to half-azz tell me to use the Walgreens app. When I asked if I sent them from the app, would I get them today? She became snotty telling me if my pictures weren’t on my phone, ‘I could just go somewhere else!’ in SUCH a disrespectful tone. Then snapped to another shopper, pointed at her, and asked if she could help her. She’s so lucky I’m a Christian woman and wasn’t going to allow that EVIL spirit in her to steal my joy! Why should I, when the dead seed she attempted to plant in my garden, this morning, will bloom in her OWN. And choke the peace out of her, instead of me. But this pathetic, uneducated woman does works at Walgreens, barely making ends meet, after all. So she’s MISERABLE. And need a few courses on customer service. But she probably didn’t make it passed sixth grade and cannot even read. Poor darlin. 🙄

Staff seems annoyed when you come to ask for help because nobody is at the desk. However a lady did come print out my pictures when I asked and told me to have a nice day. But I had to walk around to find her.

Pharmacy hours don't match the stores posted hours. I've come before 5PM twice to get prescriptions and have been turned away because apparently Management will not hire additional pharmacy staff so they have been closing the pharmacy at 4:30 PM. A lot of people can't make it in time to pick up their prescriptions because they don't get off work in time. Thank god I had some back up medication. If Management will not hire adequate staff to keep the pharmacy open then Management needs to be replaced. If you are looking for a pharmacy in Ponchatoula look elsewhere.

I looked up Covid Testing for a friend and Walgreens was the prominent provider. The website for my local Walgreens clearly stated the test was available. When I tried on line scheduling a message appeared that said try later. So I called the local store. The automated service said store employees could not schedule testing use website. After 2hrs the website finally let me into scheduling but showed NOT A SINGLE LOCAL STORE, instead it showed other parishes but no appointments were available at any of them save 1, Green well Springs which is more than an hour away. Like the service wasn't bad enough where you go to the drive through to fill a prescription and they say come back in two hours, that's not drive through service, too far to go home and too hot to sit in a car without ac while I'll waiting on lifesaving meds. I stopped using Walgreens a long time ago for that reason. Nothing has changed in their practice of "We offer what you need, you'll just have to wait and wait.". That's bullcrap service

Went to pharmacist, albeit they had just opened, and asked if I could get mine filled really quick bc #1 I was sitting there inside pharmacy, and #2 my daughter is throwing up and really sick. The lady told me there were others in front of me. I said, yes I understand but are they throwing up sick as we speak and waiting in the pharmacy at this moment like me?!! Her response, “there are others in front of me”
