Just left Dollar Tree in Ponchatoula and will never return. I came out the store with my purchase and sat down to put it in my backpack. Wasn’t even 3 minutes. I do not drive. I walked here. As I’m putting my purchase from YOUR store into my backpack the employee comes out and tells me I can’t hang out on their property. Hang out? Really? As if I want to hang out here. What about customer safety? I was simply getting prepared to walk home but was ran off for “hanging out”. You caught me dollar tree can’t hang out on your cool property enough. 😤🤬

I am a part of The Dollar Tree family. We are very dedicated, at our store, to making our customers enjoy their shopping visit. Im at the Ponchatoula, La store. Please come by our store and you will leave with a smile. I personally guarantee it! Ive added some pictures for you to see that our store is very cleanly and we strive for greatness. I am very dedicated to my store. They are my 2nd family and i would trade my career for anything. Even amongst all the chaos of people getting off from work and Christmas shoppers, the store was kept relatively neat and in order, which surprised me. The store was also well stocked. My only complaint is that it was so hot in there, I was miserable. Also, the gentleman they had on the register was extremely slow and, therefore, held up the line.

I will give them o stars if it is posible, horrible customer service, I came with a broken leg for an exchange and because they didn't want to help me, they make me walk more to other cashier bc the other could t help me,I wish their fire this people, or a list give them a freaking customer service class, everybody loves dollar tree but with people like this, with just get a bad experience!!
