This use to be our go to store.I have spent a lot of money here. Almost in there everyday. It is so covenant being as it is right by the house. The previous girl that ran it was very kind. The new older lady that runs it is rude and needs to not be in customer service . We will not be back. I would rather ride to Springfield. She was being rude to an old man today about a coupon and every time you check out she is just not kind.

I always shop here, the girls are hard working and very friendly. I usually go here instead of making my trip to Walmart. It's clean and has exactly what I need in stock. Cashiers are always helpful & kind.

Walked in before close and was greeted with a blank stare, then a yell from across the store saying "were closed!!!!!" And rushed/kicked out of the store. If you didn't want customers a few minutes before close, say that when I walk in or lock the door. Completely rude

I walked in the swap propane tanks. When I asked to do it all the cashier did was shake her head no. I said no what? She said we don’t have any. I said uh what about the big case outside with like 30 in there she said “all empty”. I said thanks anyway and walked away. I got my boyfriend to go check the cans and see which were empty and full. He said almost all of them were full. He walked back in there and got her to come look at the cans outside and she still refused to swap our cans. Poor customer service and lazy.

Rolled up some pennies and stopped to spend them at this location and not only was I belittled by judgmental staff, they claimed I was 26 cents short hoping I wouldn't have enough money to complete the transaction. This is an attitude of disrespect I have never received from a place of business before when buying with rolled or even unrolled coins.

Dollar General us my favorite stire. You can run in and get just about anything you can need quickly. Thus 1 us the cleaner of the 2 in our area. I just came from Maryland and the one there was always clean and organized, but down here they are A little dirty and messy.

I came in a while back. I had my kids with me. My wife had pass so it was hard for me to shop for our kids by myself. The cashier helped me every way and saved me alot of money with good prices. Thanks Mr. Juju. Me and my kids appreciate your help.

They ALWAYS have the isles full of boxes of product that need to be stocked on to shelves. No available restrooms EVER! Floors always dirty. This store is ALWAYS poorly stocked, crowded isles and dirty floors.

Wearing of facemasks not enforced and very few patrons wear them. I was shopping for Louisiana Hot Sauce and pushpins. They apparently do not stock these items or were out.

Cashier was very rude, and I will be calling corporate. I place my items on the belt as he checks out the customer in front of me when he finishes he tells me move your stuff up now if you want to be checked out and went on and on just rude

Cashier was rude, STORE WAS HOT & IN DISARRAY!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DOLLAR GENERAL!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE MADE AWARE OF THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'VE NEVER, EVER LEFT SUCH A POOR RATING ABOUT ...ANY STORE !!!!!!!!

The store isn't set up well at all,never enough staff, and the aisle are filled with pull carts off merchindise that they havent got on the shelves.

Aisles are constantly blocked by carts that should be in the stock room. It's a safety hazard. I've made a complaint on the corporate website because this location is so bad.

Horrible inconveniences and horrible hospitality and the service was bad the rooms were horrible and not a nice check in service I wouldn't recommend them at all but I would recommend Callaway Inn in Hammond La. They are amazing.
