Extremely busy( I understand being weekend before holiday). Overall I found everything I was shopping for but for three items. Plus ++ they have the Best fried fish and sweet potato casserole.

Got some ground sirloin here and when I got home and took it out of the package it was red on the outside and gray on the inside. Which means one of two things either has been on the shelf too long and starting to turn gray on the inside from oxidation or it's starting to spoil. Either way that's not quality.

I was looking for some lean hamburger meat at least 90/10. They didn't have any but they did have some lean ground sirloin, so I got it. It did have quite a bit of silver skin ground up in it which is kind of yuck.

Great prices on groceries. Very convenient to shop. The reason I didn't give 5 star rating is because the online prices were not honored in store. I have an account on-line to save a little more, there was even a sign on a few items the sales with digital coupons, but when I got to the register and tried to scan the bar code for my account I was told that they couldn't do it(the cashier went to the manager to see how to do it since she is a new worker and never had done it). So why have it online and signs posted in store with the digital coupons?? The sale was 3/$4.00 and regular $2.49 each. So I ended up spending an extra $3.50 when it was only suppose to be $4.00. They need to fix it, It's false advertisement. I always shop here because it closer to my house.

It was okay but there was one young lady in the deli and she had a line of customers.She did very well but it was clear to me that 2 people were needed.Where were the managers or others who could help out? Every manager should be cross trained to get the rush over.Also 2 consecutive times I came to the store the coke and dr.pepper were out in fountain drinks and no one there knew how to reload the cannisters.That is easy to learn if shown how to do it.

I have a broken foot, I went in and wanted a scooter but the guys there said none where charged. So I took a cart to hang on to and we went to the produce and a lady comes behind us on a scooter and when we left we noticed the scooter was one that they told us was not charged.

I'm from North Carolina so we don't have this store where I'm from. Down here I normally go to Rouses but their so expensive. When my MIL told me about this place I was so excited. The meat is reasonably priced and great quality and they always have my cotton candy faygo drinks. Definetly my favorite grocers.

Attention customers!!!! Be very aware when shopping here, because it's been brought to my attention that the managers of this establishment has stolen from an elderly/regular customer. Stealing from the elderly won't get you far in life. This is just pathetic. Bottom of the barrel sad. Not only has the quality of the food/products sold here has deteriorated but it looks as if the customer service has as well. I don't patronize this place often but since this situation has arrived and how it was handled I won't be shopping here anymore!!!! ALSO HOW DO YOU HAVE A BIBLE VERSE PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT AND YOU ALL ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE BIBLE. HYPOCRITES!!!!!

Steaks were cut to thin we likwe 1 inch cuts Went to Butcher Boys Saturday, got baby back ribs. You talk about good, they were delicious. Picked up fresh vegetables canned fruit, and a few more items. These people are so helpful and courteous, its a pleasure going there.

Fav grocery store. Always fully stocked even during the fake pandemic. Only problem is aisles are always cluttered with buggies from people stocking the shelves. Kinda aggravating. Do this after hours

The meat dept in this store is bad. I have never saw a grocery store where almost all the meat had a different color to it. The only good thing is they have a wide variety of alcohol beverages to choose from. We bought a Boston butt from here the first time visiting and had to take it back the next day. We will never ever buy meat from here again. Never!!

I don't usually stop by this place but since I am in this area and the word is out about their sales. I had tasty boiled crawfish after leaving. And the meat selection was quality with inexpensive prices. It was worth the hour drive for stocking up the freezer.

I realize this is a grocery store but I had to bring my toddlers to the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting. You could tell the toilets had not been cleaned in some time but there were cobwebs in the corners of the floor near the stalls, the sinks were grimey and the trash stunk! Overall worrisome if I was to buy my groceries there how clean the actual store may be.

Been in there many times when the meat is on the shelf expired. And I do not mean by a day, but by several days or a week. I have asked some of the men who work in the meat department about it, they don't know. They don't even take the expired meat off the shelf. Please be aware and check the dates.

I was sold some bad meat on July 3, 2019. I sent my cousin to return it on July 4, 2019 and they refused to refund me my money. The manager stated that it was too much money to be refunded and I did have my receipt. He was trying to say we must have let the chicken stay out too long. To make a long story short, we was not refunded our money and stuck with 5 packs of chicken.

Could not find anyone​to show were things are. If I did they had no idea. When at the register I was purchasing an item that was 2 for a dollar. The Yong girl kept ringing a dollar each. Could not explain to her so took off the bill. Got to car and item's still there. Took them back to her and not even a thank you.

Butcher Boys nice place to shop most of the cashiers and Bag Boys in the store are very friendly. They just need to get their handicap carts fixed. Getting very expensive though
