Very helpful staff however didn't solve my problem had to go had to go to baton rouge to get the proper parts however they worked well with me refunded piles of stuff and sold me more. Eventually got my plumbing problem solved grateful for all the help they gave me thank you

The only reason I go here is for the convenience. Prices are through the roof. If I have to spend more than $20 I'll gladly fight Baton Rouge traffic

We call to see if this hardware had a fuse for a microwave available before making a trip there, a lady answered and was very nice she said come on we got what you need. I went in the store and a rude employee with no customer service tactic or personality was rude and said “no” we don’t have what you need with out even checking so I said to him you haven’t even check so he ask I’m guessing the manager and the manager was nice and told him yes we got it. My experience here is” do this people that work here do they know that we are the consumers and without us there would not be a business here or a pay check to pay this people. I’m guessing employees don’t really realize how things work in life. Is obviously that this employee don’t need a job here. 🤬

I love this place, There customer service is the best . They great you at the door and gets you to the areas you need help in and helps you find what you are looking for in a matter of seconds. I shop here very often and it's always the same each time I go in they are ready to help me find what I'm looking for. I am in and out very quickly with the help they give me every time . Usually within 15 minutes or less.

Went by to order two large sheets of vinyl flooring. Never having done this before my vehicle was not large enough to haul it to the worksitethe staff kindly delivered my items to me free of charge the same day 5 out of 5 definitely recommend

NO MILITARY DISCOUNTS at this store, I asked for the standard discount and told her that Lowes, Home Depot and Blanchard's gave a 10% Military Discount and her reply was well shop there. Sad, very sad indeed.

I always find everything I need, and if there's coupons to make your purchase cheaper, the cashiers let you know. I pass up closer hardware stores to go here.
