Good store to shop at. Just needs new floors and coolers!!!! Can't keep anything cold like it's supposed to be. Please do better for your customers.

So today at 2:45 I was at the checkout in plain Dealing and I had two of each different kinds of cheese that was on sale, and a lot of other groceries.the young cocky manager came over and told me I could only buy two and that’s all, so I told him he could keep them all and he told me to get out of HIS store, so I left. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars in that store since it opened. BUT I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT PLAIN DEALING PIGGLY WIGGLY OR ANY OTHER ONE WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER ONE OF MY DOLLARS

Well there is good prices to a point bc u can got to other stores and get stuff a bit cheaper. They let there employees talk on the phone when they are checking ppl out which is against piggly wiggly policy the manager shes a sweet person and a good manager the assistant manager acts like he has a problem with most ppl. My dad had bought some cheese that had mold on it and he wouldnt even acknowledge what my dad was trying to say. Ill give 5 stars to the other piggly wiggly franchises owned by kenyan enterprises but this one in plain dealing until they get some act right and more training to there employees especially there management staff. This store has went down hill simce mr kenyan passed away thats for sure

Has a good basic variety of grocerys, the staff is mostly friendly especially Crysti and Kip, sometimes there are long lines but mostly during holidays and paydays, the prices are usually good and fair, the cheapest place to buy cigarettes. Overall a great grocery store

The cashier's were extremely nice.. but the produce was rotten.. and not to long ago the meat and seafood (even frozen) was HORRIBLEY ROTTEN!! Over priced too... Only thing positive there this summer is how nice everyone is that is employed there

It's a good store everyone friendly except one cashier. I've noticed she is rude to most customer's. Other than her attitude towards customer's when the manager is not around it's best grocery store in town

I could not believe the prices in this store. 8 oz of cheese that is about $2.50 elsewhere was over $4.00. A jar of Kraft mayonaise was about twice what it is elsewhere. Talk about taking advantage of being the only store in town. The sad thing is, it is a town of a lot of retired folks that are not able to go elsewhere.

Bad experience this time, claimed "small print" (not on ad) changed advertised price. I returned about $45 stock to shelf and will be very unlikely to ever shop here again. Very disappointed. Oh, merchandise was on shelf that advertised sale price.

I called the store to see if a product was in stock and Rodrick left me on hold after being on hold over 10 minutes and never came back to the phone . Horrible customer service

Your prices are extremely high for people living in that area. Some people are low income and can't afford to make a trip to Bossier so they have to suffer the consequences and pay your high prices.

Piggly Wiggly is the best place to buy made sat here in plain dealing they have deals all the time on different meat assortments they have Dollar higher than in town on just about everything else but when you're out here in the country that's what you expect
