Pharmacy deserves 0 stars. I keep telling myself I’ll never use them again but today was the last straw. Medicine was called in around 10/10:30am, called around 11:30am, wasn’t filled, which I can understand. Cane around 1pm, still wasn’t filled. Now I’m getting annoyed, came back up here at 2pm and I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes now. The window hasn’t opened. Called the pharmacy 3 times, no one picked up. Called the store itself and finally spoke to someone and they said the pharmacy was open and then was transferred to the pharmacy and STILL NO ANSWER.

They used to be a crew that works in this store that was always on point. The people who work there right now are not worth a flip. I went in there less than 10 minutes ago to try and buy my sick child some Robitussin, the first register I went to where this big fat girl was at she basically turned her head to me and started messing with bags. I went to self check out, and the medicine required a certain age. There were three people at self check out and no one I mean no damn body could come and check me out. I left the damn medicine at the counter and I went to Walgreens and bought my kids medicine a little bit higher but nicer employees, and not people who acting like customers don’t matter. I stopped going to this Walmart along time ago. I go to Walmart all the way in Alexandria because both the Walmart and Pineville suck but this one it sucks big-time 12/30/23

Place was clean, I was there past closing ringing myself out at self check out, the girls were awesome. That’s very refreshing considering that you know that they’ve been working crazy all day. And in a town like ours no Tellin what all they’ve been through or had to deal with.

The worst walmart ever. Workers don't like to do their job!!!!! Very rude!!! Don't ever ask for help, first they ignor you, and then finally after saying excuse me they finally say what!!!! This happens just about every time I go there. Won't go anymore. Maybe if they get employees, that want to their job. I'll go back.

It was ok. I am a senior citizen and a Veteran. I have to get my daughter to drive me and she didn't want to take to the big Walmart. The grocery store Walmart is a good store but it doesn't have somethings the big Walmart has. Since I wasn't driving I didn't say anything. Thank you Walmart and to Mr. Sam Walton who started Walmart.

This place is god awful to shop and must be even worse to work at. Every time I would go in the employees at the front would just be standing around watching the stockers work. Now apparently the stockers were moved over night and most of the gentlemen I recognized on my trips there are long gone. When I asked another associate about them, I was told they quit or were let go. It's no wonder most of them quit because many of the associates there are always badmouthing customers or specific associates when I pass by the customer service area or the back room. I've heard extremely vulgar language being used about certain employees that should not be used in the work place. I witnessed managers present that refused to correct their employees and even heard some of them join in on making fun of some employees. I would hate to work for a place that constantly demeans their employees when I saw a couple of their stockers working very hard each day with the exception of others. Me and my family will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

Pharmacy is the worst. Meds are never ready at the same time. I had to go to a chain to get insurance approvals. 2nd month here and I have had to wait over an hour to get both of my insurances in the system again this month. I've had the same insurance companies for years. You would think a chain would do a better job with more employees working, but they simply do not care about the customer.

Good pharmacy prices and they are friendly and helpful. Cashier's are also very nice. There was a disturbed individual wandering around the store yelling ect. He was gently herded out of the store and employees were outside making sure he didn't bother customers. Several employees told us to be careful on our way out.

The convenience of this location is good. Most of the time you can check out reasonably quick. Employees are friendly and helpful. However if it's within an hour of closing, checking out is very slow because they usually only have one checkout and none of the self checkouts are open.

I was just in the Pineville store and i shop there every Sunday. The girl that waited on me “Iyani “ was so nice and helpful, everyone at that store is nice and helpful but she went above and beyond. It really surprised me and I couldn’t wait to get home and write this review.

September 21, 2023It's gotten so bad at Walmart, that I only shop here or at any Walmart, for that matter, unless I absolutely have to; maybe when it's inconvenient to go to Kroger's for a grocery item, that Super One doesn't carry.This was one of those mornings.It was early, a little before eight, which is a no no time to shop at Walmart!You see, they have trouble getting workers, I understand, so there are no checkers. Only the self-check out, is available. I don't use self checkout, it's risky. Too many scammers and Walmart has gotten some bad press as of late about accusing people of stealing items, when it turns out they didn't. Maybe it's an honest mistake on their part, who knows? So, I don't do it. However, should you shop at this Walmart anyway, early in the morning, you will have to because as I was told, 'They don't come to work.'I always ask for their assistance and they do, usually happily.The next problem with Walmart and this is a corporate wide issue; Walmart is not a coupon friendly store, so if you are an avid couponer, GO TO SUPER ONE! If the coupon does not scan automatically, forget it!! They won't key it in!One cashier told me that, on coupons that don't scan automatically, that Walmart gets cheated out of cents off! Come on!I'm sorry Sam Walton, your legacy has turned sour!

"Old School" (Ronnie) was so great! He approached me and helped me find everything I needed - seriously, literally everything. We went down my entire list together. Other places it can be so difficult to find someone to help you, but with them they come to you. He did a wonderful job of helping me. I'd never been here before, but now I wish it were my hometown so I could do regular shopping here! Kurt rang me out and was also unbelievably helpful and considerate. He also made sure to bag items in such a way that nothing was crushed. He even helped me put them back into my cart. I recently injured my hand and have a bit of nerve damage, so I definitely can't begin to express how helpful and overwhelmingly grateful I am to these wonderful folks. Thank you both so much. I hope that God blesses you for your kindness and for a job well done.

I am so glad they built this Walmart close to home. And it's nice and convenient and is the best Walmart I have ever attended. They always have great sales. It is always well stocked, and always has fresh produce and the finest of meats and cheeses. It's great to go to if you are just wanting groceries and not all the other home decor or auto merchandise. Keep up the great work.

2pm inside the store, 3 people in line, 2:10pm second person talking to tech forever, I just got off work, very tired 😫 why can't someone get in a hurry! July 19th 5pm I brought 2 prescription in to be filled, couldn't get them filled today, they are too behind with others, If I wake up dead just know I couldn't get the meds I needed last night, Come on Walmart get some 😣 help

If you value your time or your dignity do not shop here.I was just here, checking out at the self check out. I had 3 items left to ring up, and suddenly the check out flashed that my transaction was cancelled. A cashier walked down and took everything I had bagged up and walked off to a different register. I followed her down to the register and asked, " What's going on?" The cashier responded, "I'm making sure you got everything."Instead of cancelling my transaction, wasting my time, and, in a roundabout way, insulting me; they could have just looked at what was in the bags and what I had rung up. It would have been very easy to see.I guess it's standard policy to treat people like thieves at random and waste their time in the process. I went ahead and paid for my items and left, but I will not be shopping here in the future.

This is my go to grocery store. Always clean. The majority are nice and super friendly especially Ms Melissa and Ms Teisha(I think). My granddaughter goes and says "Where my frens at?" (She's almost 4). Of course there are a few bad apples with sour faces and adittudes. It's usually stocked very well until recently with the Delta variant going around.

Nice place to shop. Only problem was and it wasn't the fault of this location, but I bought a phone card there to renew my minutes and obviously it wasn't legit because when I got home, Straight Talk wouldn't accept the serial numbers and I had to make another trip to return it. Then got it replaced with a legitimate one.

Right on the main road way. Good well-lit parking lot. Easy to shop. Have everything you need. It was my first time here but I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone.

If you visit this location early in the morning close to 6-6:30 am you might have to wait 5-15 minutes before you can check out. There will be no one at the registers and sometimes the self check outs aren't ready for use. So you're just stuck if you want your items. One day I waited so long for them to open up that I just got in my car and went the other Wal-Mart on the other side of town.When they first opened everyone was so nice and greeted you as you walked in but now you may or may not get greeted. The older white guy that works in the fruits and vegetables section is so nice and he always speak and ask you if you need any help.

We have been regular customers at this store. Today that ends. Only 1 checkout was available. The line was long. Two more opened up while we were there. We do not check and bag our own groceries.
