This is every single day I have been here to try and pick up my prescription, ALL of the pharmacy staff needs to be re- trained or replaced. While they laugh and joke I have witnessed 3 elderly people very upset because they did not receive their prescription medication days after it was supposed to be filled. This is sad and a very serious matter that has not been addressed.

Walgreens has just gone down in the demos, in my opinion. They don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Or our of 3 scripts called in the night before, and only filled one out of the 3. Can't tell me why they didn't fill the other two. And guess what, surprise!!! Can't get them for ANOTHER day. Went to the dr on Tues, and still havent got meds on Thursday. They really need to get their stuff together.

They work very hard in the pharmacy to keep up with all the medications that are being handed out and being filled. they are normally shorthanded as I was told Walgreens have cut back hours on their employees but they're employees are always courteous and willing to fill your order as you wait. All of the pharmacists of super nice and go out of the way to make sure and accommodate your orders and get you in and out of there as fast as possible.

The pharmacy work environment needs way more structure and really can use alot of help.. I feel great when Mr Dave is there in pharmacy.. he always work in a timely, professional, and friendly matter Thank you so much 🙂

I swear- the people in the pharmacy got some issues. I went to ask for absence excuse note (yes I am aware they are not a Doc's office) but my school insisted that I get a note from the place that I booster shot which was Walgreens. I asked them and they started laughing. I just asked them twice if they could simply write me a note although I am well aware they aren't a Doctor's office. They just said no and laughed. Like-haha sooo funny. It'll be funnier if all of yall lose your jobs for the poor manners.

I’ve been here multiple times for prescription refills the people are always rude at the pharmacy and very unhelpful. My husband was just inside and tried to ask an employee where to find a certain medicine for our sick three month old and when he tried to ask the employee for help the employee cut him off and said, “I’m too busy to help you right now” and walked away from him. This was the last straw I do not think we will be returning.

The pharmacist, Mr. Martin is very kind and helpful. It is rare to see this in a pharmacist these days. I know they are extremely busy and under appreciated but Mr. Martin goes the extra mile to take care of you. The staff assisting him is top notch too. They are very friendly and helpful as well. Big improvement from several years ago.

Good luck with this place. All Walgreens in Pineville are horrible. If you think the one on Military hwy is bad, this one holds its own to it. 5 people working in the back running around like they have no idea what they are doing. Always at least 20 people waiting in line, mostly old folks needing their meds filled.

This is the worst service I have ever received The pharmacist Bruce was thought he was going to scream at me and his co workers. I witnessed him throw a bottle of medicine at Robyn the lady at the register I will never go back to this pharmacy and if Walgreens values there employees they should remove Bruce he is abusing his coworkers

Ok, need to call the pharmacy. Got an on hold message, then 7 min in someone picked up, didn't say anything and put me on hold with a music change. 28 minutes in, still on hold. I guarantee if I go there the will say its not ready comeback in an hour. I shouldn't have to drive 15 min to town only to go home and and come back when its ready. Oh wait, hope someone answered , no they didn't just hung up the phone. 30 minutes in.

The Wife has been trying to get her meds for over a week stil haven't been able to get them. They won't call the pharmacy where she is changing from to start using this pharmacy. When calling to check if they are ready she gets put on hold. Yesterday she was on hold for 30 minutes and never talked to anybody. Shes on hold now still no one will pick up the phone been on hold now for 1and 10 minutes finally someone answers and they still don't have them ready. This is stupid think we will have to try a different pharmacy. Use this pharmacy if you don't need your meds right away...

We dropped off prescriptions for both my husband & me at the same time. 6 hours later, they tell my husband he'll have to wait, because they hadn't even begun to fill his. Mine were done.They shut down WHILE HE WAITED without filling his prescription AT ALL.

Waited for CVS to fill my son prescription all day to find out it was out of stock.. I took it to Walgreen's they filled it in less than 15 mins! They had awesome customer service!! Thanks to the staff at Walgreen's I really appreciate it!!

Worse experience ever MR Martin was great it was the Dumb people up front who had me sitting for 2 hours to get a shot then they let everyone who had appointments before me go first smh Never again will I go to that Walgreens again I AM STILLL WAITING LIKE THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IF YALL CANT KEEP UP WITH DEMAND LET ANOTHER STORE HANDLE IT THIS IS THE WORSE WALGREENS IN RAPIDES PARISH JUST SAD

Repeat bad experiences at Walgreens Hwy 28 E Pineville, LA. They are extremely unorganized, understaffed and not friendly. Healthcare is a choice and I will not continue using this second rate healthcare team.

Dropped my wife's prescription off at 11am. They said it would be ready at 1:30. I stood in line for 30 min for them to tell me it would be ready in 15 minutes. One and a half hours later they told me it would be another 45 minutes till it would be ready. I will never use this place again.

I’ve been with Walgreens for 15 years this Walgreens rude. They have attitudes about everything even when there wrong. They will stand in there and ignore you at the window. Wow they really have bad customer service lost my thousands dollars my family spends there.

Kind of horrible , my doctor’s nurse put in my prescription at 11am I didn’t decide to pick it til 5:30 and I had to wait 30 minutes !!! It was put in hours ago!
