We have used this place for years but it has really gone down hill now and we won't be back. I made an appointment for brake pads and oil change. When we dropped my car off, a man took the keys and said they would get to it. When we came back THREE hours later, they still weren't finished. The man who had taken our keys when we dropped off the car was still standing there so we asked him about it, and he told us that he doesn't even work there!! But he had taken the keys to our vehicle when we had dropped it off! We stood there for 20 minutes and no one offered to help us, the workers saw us standing there but never asked what we needed.. we finally told them that we needed to pick up our vehicle and they told us another hour to get the oil change because we were "still in line"! We opted out of the oil change and left! When I spoke with Cody, who said he was the manager, his response was "well I don't know what you want me to do about it. y'all were the ones who had to go". There is no sense in a shop taking 4 hours for brake pads and oil change, and no excuse for poor customer service.

I have never had any issues with this place I’m glad that this is here they have done work on my car as well as my husband car they are pretty reliable and reasonable so come check them out

My experience was great if he comfortable tackling the job he will tell you or recommend you somewhere else. He changed the timing tensioner on my wife car and did an excellent job I was very pleased and he went out of his we to ensure our happiness and gave a quality job for a fair price

Do not recommend at all. I have had my vehicle in for the same problem serval times and now I have a pile of scrap metal with a blown transmission as they have no record of the repairs I have had done. Only since I can make of this is he prefers cash and don't document the repairs. I will be contacting the BBB cause I do have records.

I usually don’t post reviews, but this place has been such a good example of timely and respectable business. I have an older Nissan d-21 1995. To change the oil myself it cost me about $25, and while it’s a labor of love, Tioga Motors can get it done for the same price or less! They don’t take long, and are very consistent. The people working there never let me down, and they always have awesome customer service. Can’t recommend this place enough, we got the whole family going to them!Service: Oil change

Always give you the best service and are always far with their prices. If he can't fix it he will tell you up front ( front end work is an example). Oil changes are cheaper than anyone else too. These are GOOD CHRISTIAN PEOPLE that work here and are very far!! Highly recommend them.

All these positive comments people are giving is because they are not aware of what is actually happening. I went for an oil change, they left the oil cap off, and I ran my car for a few miles. I smelled burning oil because the oil came out and was all over my engine. They take advantage of people who aren't aware of exactly what they're doing all while advertising quality service.I went a second time to give them a second chance and this time I watched the mechanic without him noticing and he did not drain all the old oil from my car. That's why they're so quick and cheap. You get what you pay for.Service: Oil change

Beat the high prices of getting your oil changed. At Tioga motors you'll get better service, the same quality oil and spend half as much time doing it.So shop local and save some dough.

Went for oil change I think last year or beginning of this year and they put temporary oil cap on my car without my knowledge till I went to another place while I was out of town and they wouldn't touch it at all. So now Tioga motors is only place I can get my oil changed cuz of the oil cap they put on without me knowing it besides that nice people and good price but not so honest on some things

The key difference with Cody and the gang at Tioga motors is that they are honest. I go to them exclusively, and not just for oil changes. Brake jobs, timing adjustments, altenators, you name it. I am now relying on them to change the engine in my old truck, after getting screwed byAutoTech on Hwy. 28 East (2 years ago AutoTech did the truck originally, and at the time Tioga Motors wouldn't do that kind of work. That engine has blown out). And I don't now how many times they could have screwed me but didn't. They are fair to others but also to themselves. They perform good work and I trust them implicitly.
