Still one of the best grocery stores for friendly customer service in the area. Wine and alcohol section, if that's something you're shopping for, is quite impressive. Their produce and vegetable section is always stocked and fresh, which is refreshing compared to other grocers in the area. I do shop at the bigger chain stores as well...but always come back to Super One for the best selection and combination of local, regional and nationwide brands at surprisingly competitive prices.

I've recently been trying the Deli Plate Lunches and I can't get any consistency.Portions are almost equal to a kids meal...I've gotten Baked Ribs and Fried Chicken with pink at the bones.I showed a male Deli employee the Rib pic. I took to show them and received an expression of SO-AND?I also showed a Manager who said he would let the Deli Mgr. know then a few days later is when I got Fried Chicken with the same issue.You can just tell all aspects of the lunch experience is kinda low rent so to speak, at the Deli.I think today was my last attempt to have it as a regular go-to for my lunches 🤔.

I've been getting birthday cakes there for many years now, several each year and they are the Best, always a crowd pleaser. Ms. Teresa in the bakery/deli is Wonderful lady too, she has remembered me all through the years and always asks about my kids the cakes are usually for. She and the great cakes they make everytime are the reason I keep going back!

Recently I lost my phone. I was frantically looking for it. A young man who had assisted me in the store was kind enough to help look in my car, the parking lot, the store and walked with me all throughout the store. I found my phone. This man Shawn Coleman was excellent in his kindness, service and went over and above to assist me. Please give him a raise. He set a super example for Super One. I am impressed.

They got to do better. One min. They allow more idems in the 10 idems or less or not be consistent. I'll be glad when new mgment comes in. If I did not have to because of him I would not go there. That cashier at 9:09 am sat and was at 10 idems or less was rude.

Feb. 18, 2022I continue to love this Super One. It's a very pleasant shopping environment, bright and cheery. Everyone is friendly and greet you throughout the store, frequently! Prices are good and everyone bends over backwards to keep you happy.

I had a great shopping experience. They are always ready to help you in any way. Don't have to wait long lines to check out. They have friendly live people to check you out, not one of those do it you self machine that works most of the time. Prices, service and friendly make for a fun trip

The store is neat and clean. The employees are extremely nice...helpful and courteous. They have a fairly good selection. Parking could be better. When leaving the parking lot, if you are going to make a left onto Hwy 28, I would suggest exiting by Edgewood Drive so you can turn left at the traffic light rather than take your life in your hands and try to make a left onto the 4-lane.

Really a great Supermarket overall. Nice Deli at the Kingsville store. The 28 East store it's nice but no Deli. I go here often usually a good experience super friendly employees and clean store with a great selection of food, and Liquor if you're so inclined.... I am always inclined!

I bring my mother to super one 1 to 2 times a month to get groceries. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. Mom likes the fact that people smile instead of looking like they're at a job they can't stand constantly frowning

Well this not a bad review just personal opinion.I have to make money stretch and this store is very clean, huge variety of products and the workers are very helpful and friendly but their prices on most products are above what I can get at other places I shop. They do have good prices on some stuff, but for me and my budget, I prefer my other grocery stores.

Last time I shopped there was months/a year ago, so I can't give any feedback on the current state of the store, it's enployees, or anything else. I did enjoy my time shopping there the last time, and it is a clean store. I normally shop at the Super 1 closer to my home, so I don't visit this one often.

Manager asked for documentation on my service dog which is illegal per ADA guidelines. Employees need to be educated on rules and regulations pertaining to the disabled.

I left my buggy near the restroom only to find it gone! Someone moved it with 5 six packs of Diet Dr. Pepper in it. That was annoying.Overall, the sale they had, was good. No waiting in line.

I'll say it's not like it used to be when I shopped their almost daily,although they still have a few of the workers around that will goout of their way to help you, they have changed and like the meat market they have changed I think all the workers and the service isn't like it was so I very seldom shop there now. I don't think they have sells that are comparable to other markets as well so I would have to say that their ratings have gone down.
