I tired to describe my experience but either the owner or manager, someone up there had tried to get in touch with my boss instead of me working with a bunch of random trim. I was forced not to complain and tell the truth since the owner or whoever was trying to get me fired because I wasn't happy about the trim being different. By the way, your nails under an account cost $150, in Markville home base, where prices are higher, the same nails are $60.

Have called numerous times during their business hours. No one answered. Went by 4 times during their scheduled hours of operation. Doors locked! Is this place even in business? If so poor business management! Will not be trying to do business here again.

I guess conducting business by phone is a thing of the past! Or their phone system is terrible or whomever is controlling it. I called 6 ( six ) times today to get information........ it was a waste of my time....... was hung up on 4 of the 6 , the other 2 was hung up on after transfer. I give up

The service people were very helpful in assisting me with my questions and worked at getting the materials I needed for my project. What they didn't have they told where in town I might go to procure the items.
