We were very pleased with Keith's ability to understand our concerns about the broken unit and his willingness to help us find a solution to a situation that was not the norm. We were also very pleased with Miquel's ability to install the new unit in a very professional and clean way. He also took great care when explaining the usage of the new unit. I really appreciate Southern Air & Plumbing being able to come out the next day when we had a water line burst. Brennan Bryan was able to give a curiosity call prior to coming out to introduce himself and get some quick information. He was able to do the job quickly and professionally. Hi The technician that came to my home was very nice.But upon a fifteen /thirty minutes The technician told me that he was unable.To find the source of the problem He immediately went in to the scenario of purchasing a new unit and giving me all the updates that I would receive from a new Unit. I Was not happy or pleased. To be honest he was not there long enough It was late in the evening and getting dark. He got his tablet I gave all my information but happy it didn't go through at a price of 20.000 I could not afford. He was a very fast talker..... He Reschedule to come back out to my home to take a closer look which I feel should have been done in the beginning before he started quoting me all these prices. I know things are expensive but the fact of the matter that you and it should have been checked closely to find out what the issue was before he started quoting me.

Mr John ,the technician demonstrate knowledge ,skill and tenacity to complete this job. All the other technicians that came to perform service on my unit was not as knowledge nor did they take the time too do a comple job. For past 3 years the same person come and charge me $300.00 to $400.00each trip then ever year that person who replace a part and the next he would replace another part. Now u wonder if all those things needed replacing.But Mr John did an excellent job I would rate him a 10 out 10 for being a excellent technicianServices: HVAC system repair, Ductless heating & A/C services

Called to get assistance with a leaky faucet. Was able to get an appointment immediately. The Service Tech (Trace) was courteous / knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Repairs were done quickly. Although somewhat pricey repairs were guaranteed for 2-yrs. Would recommend Southern Air and Plumbing for your service needs.

Unfortunately, the costs associated with the services I required were significantly higher than those of their competitors. I used someone else to get the work done.

The technicians came in and assured me the AC and Heating unit would be complete in one day. I was like good luck with that. My house is older and was going to be a tough one. But they came through and did and great job. Now I am waiting for them to come and finish my walls and put the door back in. I will post further and let you know if they come through with that as well.

The tech was very courteous and informative. He was on the job quickly. We had other issues and he solved those quickly too. I would recommend southern air to anyone. If I have any other issues with plumbing or air I will definitely call southern air again.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I called Southern Air (I'm a first time customer) who sent a wonderful technician Trace, who was here within the hour. Today is Friday, so I was very concerned about having to wait the weekend. Trace had us fixed up quickly, even vacuumed and cleaned up the whole area. I'm very impressed and pleased!
