I went for an alignment and got my vehicle back with the steering wheel extremely lopsided. The technician I spoke to on the phone was very rude when I asked for it to be corrected. The second time I got the vehicle back it was still lopsided. Never had that happen with any other alignment place.

Took our 2003 Ford pickup for an alignment and they had to replace bolts and other parts and when done the front tires were still bad. so i took it to Firestone and I was told the parts that national tire put on my truck was the wrong parts and all the bolts and lights were extremely loose beware

Above and beyond service. I needed tires for an older heavy duty vehicle. Great prices compared to others in the area. Got ready to leave and had a puddle of coolant under the vehicle. Plus my battery died. Within a couple of minutes I had a bucket of water, and a jump to get me going. I always have had good prices on all my tire needs there. I will send all my friends there and continue using them with any business I can give them. Great staff friendly service.

Yeah I don't think I could have asked for any more.... They did me a good turn ... I've used D&J Tire a number of times here and there, and each time; all was good. The fella upfront gets folks in and out, just as well as he can...gives honest prices, greets you with a smile, etc ...I don't know what else anybody could want. I've been happy with the end result, and left with "the warm & fuzzy" each time. Good people there.

Decent prices but thats it. We waited for 2 hours to have tires mounted and balanced. I asked a couple of times how much longer it would be and twice I was told we were next but we kept getting bumped back for some other guys coming in, who seemed to be buddies of the guys that worked there. I watched 4 people get pushed ahead of us that were not there when I got there and was after I was told I was next. I purchased my tires and left. I cant sit at one place for half a day waiting, I have other things that have to be done.

Great service, great prices. I definitely recommend them! (Only complaint is about the "waiting area" inside and it's just me wishing they had more chairs. Doesn't take away from the business at all.)

Great customer service and friendly place to be!! The prices can't be beat. If you ever have a problem the owner and staff will make sure you are squared away and happy. I got 4 new tires and a four wheel for $364 dollars. Can't beat this place!!!

We were traveling in an RV, had problems and needed two new tires. After calling our insurance company for roadside assistance service, we were given the name of D & J Tire. We called D & J and were told that they had two calls in front of us and that it should be a bit over an hour before they could get to us. We waited for 4 hours on the side of an interstate highway and they never came. Periodically, WE called them for an update as to when they were coming and got one excuse after another. During that time, no one from D & J called us back us to keep us posted as to when they'd be there to help us. After one last call for an update, we were told to call someone else because they were all tied up. We did that and, within 30 minutes, someone from the second company came and replaced our tires.

On 11-20-15 wife called 2 times for quote to change brake pads. Was put on hold both times no one picked up. I called before I could get through talking I was slung on hold no one picked up. Called again to speak to manager put on hold manager never picked up. Did get to speak to argumentivite staff member. I ended call this was way to much trouble to get quite on brake pads. We were recommended to D&J by friends at work but I would not recommend them to anyone based on our experience.

They have a nice big waiting area and a TV in there. Had no problems with them putting the new tires on. They were very reasonable on the price of the tires.

Only a short wait to fix a low tire. Price was under $20. Very courteous and friendly. Restroom was nasty and needed cleaning.
