Consideration of our needs, attentiveness, can do attitude, customer service was 1st class, he has a Scottish name Robbie who helped us (excellent as my husband is from Scotland), so much to choose from in store, ask about anything no there and if he can make it happen he will, and a fabulous location and business. Definitely a 5 star rating business in my own personal opinion.

I just had the worst experience with this place. I have had an addiction to chicken Cracklins for months now and I have been stopping by and buying them almost once sometimes twice a week. Today I walked in an asked the lady for a pound of chicken cracklings and she walked to the back to check and came back out to tell me there weren’t any cooking but that she would drop some for me. I told her awesome I’m gonna go sit out in my car and wait. My car was the first one parked in front of the front door so you can see me from the register. I wait 10 minutes and then go back inside only to be told they don’t have any chicken Cracklin‘s. So apparently you just get to sit in your car instead of them actually trying to tell you anything. They lost my business I won’t be back. Ever.

Meats are great but the cooked deli menu is garbage. They never have anything on it. Their menu is long but youre lucky if they have 5 items available.

Count your CASH back!! The food is usually a positive at this store on Hwy28. I paid with cash, I had ask the girl to "count it" the change, instead she just grab the receipt & handed it to me. So I in return Counted my Change back & it was short $10. She reply "Oh" handed me my $10 & replied "anything else" & walked away. RED Flag moment, Busted!! The register showed how much change to give also. Not happy about that, for sure....

expensive, and the macaroni salad was not seasoned an d dry.we also got todays lunch plate,very small portions,and the corn was out of a can and not seasoned,the cucumber/tomato/onion salad very bland.not worth 9.99.The beef tips were good.but the rest was blah.

The service is great and speedy, and the food is really good and fresh. I love being able to go inside and telling them what I want/need, plus it smells nice. Specific items might take longer to get, but deffinetly worth the wait

Frozen fried oysters and boudin was trashed from tasted old and sour. Also the seasoning from the alligator legs was so overwhelming to mask the funky strange taste. I have rabbit and frog legs in the freezer, hoping for the best. I thought maybe getting Louisiana type meats from a pro would be quality. not so much. However, good friendly and helpful service.

Guillory's is my favorite place to eat on 28. It's literally a two-minute drive from me. They have affordable lunch prices and dang good food, to top it off. I eat here at least once a week. 5 star!

Purchased half a cow & it was AWFUL! It wasn't cut or labeled like I asked. The meat was so Tough that it should have all been ground meat. You think you would get the beef cut & packed right after paying over a $1,000 for it. Won't make the mistake of going there again!

During this challenging time, it is crucial that we support each other. While the use of "social distancing" may seem isolating, it is a necessity and should be observed. That's why, my mother and I have not seen each other in over two months. She lives in Pineville and I live an hour and a half away and will not endanger her health by traveling (sick or not sick). I reached out to Guillory's to inquire about different meat options for my mom. After explaing my current situation and inquiring about curbside pick up for her, Hannah volunteered to deliver the order to my mom's house personally, that day, and within a few hours! I called mom and informed her what the crew at Guillory's said... she began to cry. Later I found out that Robbie himself delivered the parcel to my mom's door. I can not express my gratitude enough for everyone at Guillory's!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! You have a customer for life :)

Have been a customer since I moved back to the area in 2010, they use to be my only go to for any type of meat product, then over the years I started to notice a difference in the quality of the meat, like the color was off and so was the smell. I had originally started going to them in 2010 bc we had heard that walmart and other large super markets were lacking in their meat dept like they will put meat that has been sitting in other depts right back on the shelf even tho it has thawed out or gotten hot, and don't get me wrong, I love going to guilory's! But if the quality doesnt start to get better it looks like we will be on the hunt again for a new meat market. Today I got 60 bucks worth of unseasoned (bc we just can't handle their seasoning) beef stew meat, and almost half of it was greenish grey and very hard not soft and red like fresh meat, I took pictures and posted to their google pictures.

After being sent to the Pacific Northwest for work years ago, I had a heck of a time keeping stocked up with smoked pure pork gumbo sausage. Somehow I found Guillory's. Robbie has a nice "export" business, so when I need a big box of sausage, I contact him and it's here in a few days. I grew up around Lafayette, Ville Platte​, Baton Rouge, etc. and I've eaten a LOT of gumbo and gumbo sausage in my day. Guillory's is some of the best and I'm glad he's willing to take the time to ship gumbo meat to exiled Cajuns. Merci! Gotta go, my roux is burning!

I like the boudin from past visits and was told today the hamburger was very good. I ordered the beef tips plate lunch - and either the chef had the cap loose on the pepper or was experimenting with how much pepper a grain of rice can absorb - because I’ve had runny nose after eating overseasoned crawfish before , but never had to clear my nose or wipe my forehead from eating beef tips !Dudes, slack off on the pepper ! On the good side, my nasal passages are as clear as if I had used Afrin.

This place makes the best hamburgers and fries the side of the river. Loaded baked potato are also very good. Great prices for lunch.

Just found this place and we are SO happy with it! The meat is fresh cut to your preference, we even made a special order at no extra cost. We have no interest in sgopping elsewhere from now on.
