This store is the worst Dollar General I have ever been in. Freight carts literally in every aisle. Impossible to shop when you cannot enter the aisles. Manager is rude and not customer oriented AT ALL. I bought a coffee pot that was defective and when I tried to return it a few hours later. The manager rudely said she had a truck and could not deal with a return and I could return another day. She was extremely rude. I am reporting to Corporate.

I stopped at the Dollar General near my home and walked in and there was, no kidding; 18 people in line. There was only one cashier. So. . . . I said, Nope. Not doing it. I then drove 10-12 minutes further down the highway to Dollar General in the next community. It was a MUCH CLEANER store, and MUCH more organized. The 'coordnating' was also better well executed. Fred Sanford would be proud. The was an outstanding sale on clothing. I went in for a pair of dress-type stalkings for my 6 year old and left with 4 Complete outfits for her as well as the stalkings AND a nice hoodie for her mother, of whom I am not together with. The cashier then rang up the items in a way that I would get even more off of the already low price. Service was prompt and friendly. Parking was a breeze. This was a very good experience.

No employes hired to stock shelves. Store is unshopable due to freight blocking most iles. A continuous problem for this dollar store. Customers who shop there are not appreciated due to lack of concern on how their store looks.

I love this place it's like a mile down the road from where I live has everything I need the people there are awesome the staff is very helpful very friendly the store is clean germ-free

Took a bit to navigate, as it isn't our regular store, or other stores close by, but we were in the area and had to stop by to grab something on our way home. Other than not finding a (grape) fanta in a cooler by the registers, we found everything we were looking for!

Quick friendly service. Lots of stuff out of stock due to hurricane Laura. They only had power back in for less than a day

you can't get waited on and checked out and their is more stock sitting on the floor and in the middle of the ales than on the shelves therefore you can trip on it and can't find what your looking for and I find this in all dollar stores.

Close to home, reasonable pricing, friendly staff. They never seem to get all their merchandise shelved, so it's hard to maneuver in the aisled sometimes.

Dollar general has very poor customer service,store is dirty, disorganized and aisles are blocked with stock and you can not get to items you want

It's a dollar general you get what you pay for and the service is worth the same. For small towns it's a Wal-Mart and you literally meet everyone you know
