This store has really come through for me. Remodeled my parents bathroom. Made 3 or 4 trips in there. Young man in training for a few weeks. He knew his stuff and was a great help for me. Stay away from big stores and enjoy personal service and good prices.

Very nice staff- helpful, but not overly. Could be a little more organized or store could be updated, but Ace always has those random, obscure items you didn't know you needed.

Great local hardware store, wish they had lumber, then I would never have to go to lowes again, that would be a blessing

Wonderful... You can look around or get help, they're pretty awesome. I had to rush my Pekingese to the clinic because she got poked in the right eye, she has a huge rip in her cornea. She was in a good bit of pain. I needed a couple things, they helped me because I was holding my little victim. Really nice people..I always feel I'm among friends at Ace Hardware. Not going to get that kind of service at Lowe's.

Nothing to brag about staff Acts like they didn't care to be there are for you being there also, last two visits they didn't have what I needed but that's fine you can't expect them to carry everything..

No selections!!!! Everything I asked for they were out of or they could order it, well I could have done that by myself. As far as service goes, they only person willing to help me was I believe her name was Crystal, tall blonde young girl. The two guys 1 with a beard and the other was too busy on the computer to even acknowledge me. He was skinny little snot head. I will not be back!!!! Looks like it’s closing soon!! It doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!!

The one in ball don't know nothing. I went there 3 times and they gave me the wrong thing everytime. I went to the one on Edgewood drive and took the gas line in with me like I did at the one in Ball and they laughed and said it was not funny but I was the 4th person in 2days that has came in and told them that the one in Ball gave them this 3 or more times. So I said all of that to say this STAY AWAY FROM ACE IN BALL. GO TO THE ONE ON EDGEWOOD DRIVE.
