Same as everyone else leaving reviews. Supposed to have been a drop & hook. Instead the one company trailer needed was sitting at a door needing to be emptied. Waited most of the day after getting there at 7am. Luckily, because I spoke up right before 5pm , they worked and got it done after 6pm . The guy told me at 5pm they do not start loading or unloading anything .So FYI, if you are still waiting at 5pm, you will be sitting until the next day.Walmart , do better for the drivers hauling your products! Truck drivers only make money when rolling. You are stealing their money ! Hire more workers or pay more , do something because this is downright wrong to do !

Worst DC to deliver. Had 9am appointment sat for 8hrs just to unload can goods. Employees are a waste of life. Spoke with Management they could careless. If your a company man great for you. Owner ops stay away. You have been warned. Didn't leave until 5pm

Appt was 5am got there @ 4am. Trailer wasn’t done until 2pm. Don’t come here with a follow up load or you will have to cancel it. Will never come back here again.

They were very clear about a 4 hr unload time and almost to the minute it was. They called and texted when complete. Go in knowing all this and use that Sleeper Berth status!

I have been here at 4am for 5am delivery. Still waiting for them. Now it is 9am. I thought time is gold. They don't care about time management.

Stay away the worst Walmart I've ever delivered too.. 6hrs and waiting to unload.... but god forbid if you are late, witch I wasn't.

This is the second time I have come to this Walmart and when I try to enter they tell me that my delivery is for another day when it is not… this error is common

Would give 0 zero stars if it allowed; and I don't usually give bad reviews but they definitely earned this one.Got there about 30 minutes before appointment. Make sure to have a delivery number. They gave us a dock door instantly, like all walmarts. Had to move tandums and disconnect from trailer. Went to the Bob tail area which is right by the office; not very many spots. You just park however you want; no lines and HUGE pot holes.Office staff were nice. They have a break room for OTR drivers with vending machines; don't use change because it'll just keep it. They have bathrooms which is always a plus! They are nasty dirty tho, but way better then a Porta potty!Sat there for 4 hours waiting. It had nothing to do with unloading tho because when we finally went in and asked about our trailer, it wasn't but 5 minutes later we got our paperwork. Appointment time was 0900, arrived at 0826. Paperwork stated trailer was unloaded at 0949 but paperwork wasn't ready till 1336. They need to realize we have other places to be, get it together; there's no reason for making people wait that long just for paperwork! Good luck.

Not bad for a Walmart DC. Out of there in three hours. Thing that's funny about all Walmart DC, they never call when I'm unloaded. After waiting for an hour I go in and they always say, "was just about to call you to come get your paper works.

I’ve been to this DC multiple times and never once had someone so rude and wouldn’t try putting in the delivery number the paperwork had. All he would say is. IT STARTS WITH A 2 AND ITS 8 DIGITS LONG…. Why couldn’t he just try putting in what the paperwork had which was 8 digits long, I don’t know. But I won’t be waiting in line for 1.5 hours because you can’t do your job. Maybe they changed the numbers.

I went in for a job opp. and immediately got treated poorly. The staff at the front, when you walk in, were very rude to me for no reason and, I wish I were kidding, spoke to me as if I were dumb. One security lady, a taller dark skin woman with braids, was the rudest and acted as if she hated her job. Such a terrible display of behavior that eventually turned me away to pursue other endeavors. I hope that others see my experience and avoid that place.

Worst place to deliver the load. Takes more then 4 hours to unload. Although if u check ur trailer is empty in 2 hours, they will give u pod after 4 hours. No respect for drivers

Run I repeat run far away from this place they will have you burning diesel for hours .! If you have a pre planned load after delivery here you can forget about it .! What’s the point of having a strict appt time if your going to have me waiting around for Four 1/2 hours to get unloaded 👎

Took a Hour to check in At security with 3 trucks in line.Most Walmart Distribution Centers take 5 minutes or less to check in through security

I'm sure this bad reviews is only 5% of the business here. Me and another five trucks been unloaded for 2,5 hours. So guys, don't believe on bad reviews only, depending how busy they are you will be in and out for 2 to 3 hours witch is excellent for Walmart DC. Don't be late for your appointment though.

Arrive 8:30am for 9:30am appt. Still sitting at 14:12 with no sign of being unloaded. The information given at the guard shack is incorrect and the lady in the traffic office is clearly tired of the job.Does offer restrooms and a break room for drivers but 6 hours deep for dryvan, is too long. 1*, I hope they improve this place in the future.

They have No respect for drivers. They don’t care about hours of services. They are strict on appointment but once you check in, they will let you sit 7 to 10 hours to call you for picking your trailer. This is Not right. Checked in 5:30 am and now 12:00 still waiting and don’t know how long to wait.

The people here are great! It was hard to imagine that I was working. Just wait until you see all of the animal life as you enter and exit the facility.
