HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I took my vehicle there and they kept it for a week to find out they didn’t know how to fix it. They presented me with a diagnosis that was incorrect. Took my car apart and could not reassemble it. They required payment for a wrong diagnosis, a part ordered that was not needed because it still was not repaired, and maintenance that was poorly performed.. Needless to say I had to have my vehicle towed from there. Please listen—stay away from that place!

Very friendly staff. Was satisfied with the way they explained everything that was wrong with my car and didn't do anything else without calling me and keeping me informed always. Prices are very reasonable and i would recommend them to anyone who needs just about anything done to fix their car.

These men that run the store try to upsell women for getting new phones a man went in there and payed less than I did for a brand new iPhone 11 and they I went and do my phon screen some months before the next few days my phone had dottes all through it

My mom recently cracked her phone they fixed and put a $25 screen protector on promising that the phone will not crack. Not even a week later the phone now has a crack in it in the same spot as before. The screen protector did nothing like promised. We called and he said that it was our fault and that he cannot do anything for free. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, horrible costumer service even from the owner. It is not worth one star if I could give it zero I would. Buyers beware!!!!!!

We've utilized the Auto shop next door(Jamar) numerous times in the last 1-2 months. Work is always done when promised & no issues following repairs & at a fair price.Sidenote: if you have a foreign car, they are only mechanic in Opelousas that will work on your vehicle, and again we've had NO ISSUES with repairs done.

The owner is a fake and a crook. I recently brought him my cell phone just to switch services and he said that was fine no problem we can do it . Well I ended up going into the phone store with a perfectly good cell phone that I just bought a couple weeks ago and I just wanted to switch cell phone. All I wanted to do was switch from my LG which was perfectly fine working it was straight talk and I wanted to put my Straight Talk service onto my new Samsung Note 4 he said no problem we can do that so basically I ended up going in with a perfectly good working cell phone and leaving out of there with nothing he said my SIM card must have already been going bad but I just purchased the phone like I said 2 weeks ago so clearly I did nothing wrong. So basically he broke my phone and didn't offer me any kind of compensation, didn't offer to help me get another sim card give me store credit tell me to come back and he would do something for me nothing so if you don't want your phone broken and being told it's your fault don't go there compensation

SMART BUY AUTOCan't find the auto page BUTTHIS IS A HONEST AND FAIR MECHANIC SHOP!!Kia (where I got my Car from) charged me $247.30 for 1 coil pack change and quoted me $384 for a window run replacementSmart Buy Auto in Opelousas charged me $242.43 for all new spark plugs and one new coil pack that kia said they fixed. AND window run replacement =FREEThe mechanic (I wish I got his name) even took the time to show and explain to me the possibility of an oil pan leak.Wish I could give it 10 stars!!!

Horrible store! Went to fix my iPhone 6 Plus motherboard and a bent. I waited a whole week without a call from them to be told that it can not be fixed and that I still had to pay. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT SHOP HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

They are not that honest i thought i was buying a brand new iphone 6 s plus because they told me it was brand new and wasnt had to find out from apple that it was a used phone it was first activated in 2015 for the price they charged it was all lies thats ashame if they new it was used they should have said that and charged a price of a used phone
